Pros:

From the beginning, it was a little bit challenging with Fidaa at the front desk, as upon my arrival he informed me that the room was not ready without a proper welcome.

Special thanks to the Housekeeping Manager — the lady whose name I unfortunately forgot — she was super nice, supportive, and truly professional. Since my room was almost ready, she personally ensured that I received it directly. This is the real meaning of hospitality and a great example of leadership.

Also, special thanks to Layin at the front desk for being very helpful and professional throughout my stay.
