Pros:

Otele girişten itibaren Güleryüzlu bir ekip var ,Aile işletmesi olduğunu anlıyorsunuz.Odalar oldukça temiz ,çay kahve su herşey düşünülmüş.Birkac oda tipi var ben ekonomi odada kaldım ama istersem daha üst segment oda alabileceğimi söylediler, jakuzili odaya kadar odaları var ,birkaç gün kalsaydım daha büyük oda isterdim .Ancak bu oda da işimi gördü , sorunsuz bir ısıtma vardı ,sıcak su da aynı şekilde sorunsuzdu.Kisaca tam bir fiyat performans oteli...Metroya da yürüme mesafesinde...İşletmecilerine teşekkür ederim 🙏

Achtung, scheinbar ein Raucherhotel

Nettes Personal, das war's leider aber auch schon..

Frühstück war ausreichend

Cons:

1. Das Zimmer hat total nach Rauch gerochen und auch das Kissen und die Decke. Obwohl ich selbst Raucher bin, fand ich das widerlich! Auf der Seite auf booking und an der Rezeption gab es keinen Hinweis darauf, dass es sich um Raucherzimmer handelt.
2. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Mitten in der Nacht schon im Schlafdress, wollte ich deshalb aber nicht mehr zum Empfang gehen und habe mobile Daten genommen.
3. Keine tolle Aussicht, obwohl Stadtaussicht angegeben war.
4. Der Boden war dreckig, teilweise war das Laminat aufgequollen.
5. Waschbecken und Armatur total wackelig, Schimmel im Badezimmer (in den Ecken und Fugen), Klobrille dreckig, Baddecke vergilbt
6. Kein Kleiderschrank oder Ablagefläche vorhanden.
7. Nur eine Decke zum Schlafen für 2
8. Löcher im Bettlaken
9. Fleck an Decke von Wasserschaden

Breakfast was basic and ok. Hotel closed to everywhere.

Cons:

It was dark lobby area and all that tables and chair dark colour. I dont like dark environment need bright things.

Familiäres Hotel. Sehr Gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Kein Luxushotel aber fpr einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut geeignet. Türkischer Tee und Türkischer Kaffee rund um die Uhr gratis!

Sehr freundliches und pragmastisches Personal.

I had breakfast part off my stay and on first day told there's none,nobody came to clean my room in whole stay, electric sockets dangerous,toilet broken,bathroom door wouldn't clothes,the spell off smoke was terrible.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The sheets were clean.

Cons:

The biggest issue for me was the heavy smell of smoke in the room. The smell had impregnated all the walls and furniture and textiles. No matter how much you air the room, it won't go away. The staff kindly changed our room but it wasn't much better.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Great family business nothing is a trouble But you have to talk to the old man he is great fun.
Pros:

The staff are the best in Turkey Hotel great value ,location well D16 bus Kadikoy ferry and your there . But as a family ran business you will not find a better stay in Turkey. I don’t speak Turkish and they went out of there way to make sure I was ok . I travel the world and this was one of my best experiences in an affordable accommodation . I highly recommend the Zengin city hotel. And just a note Iam not easily impressed

It only serves European breakfast. But thier coffee will start you up real quick .
