Very pleasant 4 nights stay with family.
Pros:

Very convenient location.
Very polite staffs. Always smile and responsively.
In-hotel onsen.
Daily provided fresh towels.
Clean and well-maintained room.
The lounge - 24-hrs free hot/cold drink. Served as a place for friends and family get together outside the room.
The laundry facilities.

Cons:

There is only a very small window with no view in the room.

Great value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is right in the middle of downtown (Susukino) with many things at a walkable distance. The onsen was also lovely. Great selection of dishes for the breakfast buffet as well.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small so I wouldn’t advise having more than two in a room. We were a group of three and with our combined luggage, there was barely any space left to move around in the room.
