New. Clean. Fresh, not.old and musty. Location

Cons:

Maybe the mattress. A pillow top or down bed.pad would have help. The firmness is ok, but it was nearly like laying on a piece of plywood stiff. Maybe just a bit more cozy/soft for support of the back/hips.

Pros:

I loved the pool and lounge areas,the very friendly and attentive staff. Everything was great my family and I always enjoy our stay here it’s our favorite.Being a local of the Santa Ynez Valley it’s one the nicest property in the valley I think I love how it backs up to the mountains

Good place to stay, not perfect but worth a try.
Pros:

Location!! Good free breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room shower was very dirty and dread ants everywhere. Freezing cold hallways and areas near elevators needed vacuuming.

Very pleasant
Pros:

We loved Tessa & Guillermo who provided excellent service and were friendly and professional. We loved the outside area in the back behind the breakfast room. Very nice - loved the bird bath and enjoyed the hummingbirds playing with the sparrows. Lovely environment.

Cons:

The breakfast…nothing healthy or organic. I get it, expensive - but many people are looking go improve their health even as they travel.
