La struttura è accogliente e pulita, buona la colazione e il servizio gentile. Bella vista panoramica dalla stanza.

Cons:

In estate sarebbe utile avere un piccolo frigobar in stanza per tenere l'acqua in fresco.

Pros:

Il posto incantevole, arroccato sulla montagna con stradine tipiche del luogo. La sig. Maria Teresa gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura accogliente, stanza grande e ben pulita. La gente del posto gentilissima, pronta a consigliarti i luoghi da visitare ( grazie anche a Giannicola con il suo cagnolino Oliver ). Sicuramente ci sarà occasione per tornarci. Grazie

Cons:

Leider ist das Restaurant nur im Juli und August geöffnet. Uns würde aber eine gute Pizzeria empfohlen. Das Personal kommt nur zum Check In und dann wieder zum Frühstück.

A parte la scomodita della posizione della struttura i personali ci ha offerto il loro shuttle bus nel checkout per acco

Struttura molto raffinata e pulita.

Cons:

Posizione e vista molto bella ma e scomodo per arrivarci in macchina. Stradine strettissimi in salita per il centro storico.
Orario per mettere macchina in garage della struttura. Oltre 22:30 max 23 non aprono più il garage e ci tocca fare una bella camminata in salita verso il centro storico. Una bella scomodità quando arrivi tardi la sera dopo una giornata fuori o dopo cena.

Pros:

Frühstück war für meine Bedürfnisse völlig ok. Kaffee war gut. Alles frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Nur dass im Zimmer lein W-Lan vorhanden ist. Sonst alles ok.

Pros:

Everything. This place is beautiful, the location is a hike and the street to drive is very narrow but that pretty much describes the entire town. Breakfast was from 10-10 but we like coffee/tea early as we are early risers so she brought us an electric tea kettle, cups and spoons on a tray. The view from the balcony is special - the cathedral dome, the mountains, the tiled rooftops and in the distance the tower on the hill. Breakfast was good, a standard Italian B&B breakfast - cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee/tea, etc. Just enough. The room was very comfortable. The woman who runs it is very nice - I enjoyed talking with her. She was patient with my less-than-fluent Italian. One evening we are at the pizzeria/ristorante she recommended and it was excellent. I would highly recommend Villa RosaMaria for a charming stay in the lovely, classic Italian hill town.

Cons:

No wi-fi in the room. (How did we ever live without it all these centuries! :-) Otherwise, no complaints at all.
