Buena atención
Pros:

Fui porque mi vuelo fue cancelado por el clima. La aerolínea costeo las dos primeras noches y yo pague una tercera. No hablo muy bien inglés y las personas en el hotel fueron muy amables. Incluía desayuno lo cual me ayudó bastante. E incluía también el transporte devuelta al aeropuerto

Worth every penny
Pros:

Very comfortable. Rooms were even better than advertised. Very clean. Staff were very kind. Even allowed very early check in around noon. Location is safe, very close to mall and train station.

The location worked fine for me.

Cons:

Definitely not the experience we expected. The location was convenient for us, but the accommodation was just okay. The room was quite small and not very comfortable. Pretty dark and not many outlets. As other guests have mentioned, the walls were poorly insulated and we could hear people talking in the next room, which made it hard to fall asleep.
The shower was also inconvenient: the showerhead was mounted on the wrong side, making it difficult to turn on the water without getting splashed.
What really disappointed me was the breakfast. Everything tasted stale, especially the sweet items like cookies. The donuts were overly sweet, and overall there was very little variety. Unfortunately for all these reasons, considering the price too, I would rate this stay 2.5 stars
