Great value for the price and a pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were no major issues during my stay. Everything met my expectations. A complimentary breakfast would have been a nice addition.

Pros:

Excelente local para ficar. Próximo da estação de metrô, bairro muito tranquilo e seguro. Voltávamos apenas a noite para hotel e pudemos andar tranquilamente na rua. As instalações são muito limpas, o quarto era amplo, o banheiro grande com água sempre quente, box de vidro (o que não é comum nos USA) espelho de corpo todo no quarto, secador de cabelo. Café da manhã à vontade, checkin e checkout simples e sem burocracia. Vários comércios próximos. Com certeza recomendo e quando voltar para NY ficarei no mesmo hotel!!

despite being very close to downtown not much noise, quiet space. I liked the breakfast and very clean. I loved mic, fridge, coffee maker and water boiler for tea!
