Get a bang for your buck
Pros:

The location just around the corner of everything, the room was comfortable and the breakfast had a nice assortment of food. I wish I knew chinese

Cons:

The fact that it was our first time and we got really flustered with parking but honestly once we calmed down it was ok.

Pros:

Location was great, within distance walking to food and drink, and subway station. Parking is on next building, safe.

Cons:

Door lock was broken when we entered the room. So We asked to be moved to different room. Breakfast was average but it didn’t bother us since we planned to eat out anyway.

Pros:

Hotel ubicado en Flushing, limpio y tranquilo, con una habitación amplia y de fácil acceso desde la línea 7 del metro de NYC. Tiene muchos servicios a pocos metros. Está a unos 30 minutos en Uber del aeropuerto JFK.

Cons:

El desayuno es un poco pobre en variedad.

A hidden gem!
Pros:

I loved the extra large fluffy white towels! They appeared new. Also enjoyed breakfast that included hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, & congee.

Cons:

I would’ve extended my stay but due to World Cup , the hotel had been booked.

Great 2nd night!
Pros:

The staff person who helped us was super great and understanding and gave us a much better room our second night, and we were very grateful for the switch. Very clean and spacious, no odours and comfy..

Cons:

The first room did not have a view at all and the air was not flowing well and room smelled of mildew.

Bad customer service
Pros:

Got assigned to stay the night here after a late night flight cancellation.. As a free room (due to the voucher) it was barely worth it. Biggest frustration is the voucher said call for a shuttle. I did and was told 20 minute until the arrived. I waited 30 and called back. The front desk said 15 minutes and he’ll be there. I waited another thirty before getting an Uber. Arrived to see the shuttle parked in front of the hotel…no one driving it. Horrible customer experience on a bad night of travel.
