Amazing views and use of the pool

Cons:

Leak from ceiling outside our door that went into a bucket that wasn’t emptied enough so the carpet soaked through! Parking price to high at $45 per night

if you like a firm bed that's hard as a rock you'll love it
Pros:

I loved the area and the location. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool, and everything was well maintained. The apartment itself was really good, with a good size bathroom and kitchen, and very comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was terrible—hard as a rock—and that was the only thing wrong with the stay.

No transparency on information.
Cons:

I booked it well in advance to make sure I get the right room with the views i wanted.

Even after couple of email exchanges the staff refused to be transparent on what room I was getting. They kept saying they can only confirm during check in.
But by the time its too late to cancel the booking if I dont like the room I am given.

During check in I had given up on that already so I took whatever room I was given. It wasnt what I wanted but I didnt make a fuss. I ended up with room with 2 bedrooms and a tiny living room which is opposite of what I wanted.

When you are paying premium fees for the hotel that markets itself on the views from the rooms, how they handled my booking was not the standard I was expecting.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Private parking onsite was appreciated. View of the city was stunning. Apartment is clean, stocked and spacious. Facilities including gym, pool, common area with bbq and tables was better than any others I have experienced.

No fuss apartments for a good price and convenient location.

Cons:

First hour for late checkout to 11am is complimentary. If you want a 12pm checkout, an additional fee of $55 is applicable. 🫤
