Pros:

This was a great hotel. Great food at dinner time. I just have one complaint. I booked a bigger room with a mountain view. When I checked in, they gave me a room without a view. When I complained, I had no choice other than to move to a room with a view but a much smaller room. That room was great but I paid more for a bigger room and felt cheated at this downgrade. So when you book a 'mountain view' room, don't expect to get what you booked !

Pros:

Beautiful property, dinner was very good and very affordable for the quality. Spa is great as well, our most luxurious stay during our time in Italy. We only spoke English and communicating was difficult at times but they made us feel very welcome.

Definitely worth visiting.
Pros:

Excellent experience! The rooms are nicely decorated in wood, the smell when you walk into the room is very nice. The balcony (mountain view) is spacious with a place to sit and relax. Approximately 30 m from from the main road, a garage space with easy access to the rooms. The sauna is very nicely organized and has the access to outdoor whirlpool.

Restaurant food was amazing; there is a menu options for dinner to choose from during breakfast; a lot of choice and variety. The portions are on the small side but quite enough, even if you are phisically active (hiking) during a whole day. Self-service salad?cheese bar. The plates for every dish were nicely put together and decorated on almnost fine dining level. Very attentive and professional staff at the reception and restaurant. Definitely worth visiting again.

Clean and nice hotel. Nice sauna area. Hot tub was not very hot, so it got a bit cold to sit there. Found it a bit difficult to get hold of and communicate with staff during for example breakfast.

Pros:

My family and I had a great time at Palsa. The staff was super nice, room was spacious for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after long hikes and bike rides. The breakfast was super yummy and we enjoyed charcuterie boards and drinks on the bar in the evenings.

Pros:

Excellent location, fairly centralized with all the places we wanted to go. The food is outstanding, the portions and selection was better than most restaurants we ate at during this trip. We will definitely be coming back to La Palsa.

Perfect place to stay in La Valle
Pros:

Absolutely loved staying here. Friendly staff, great views, convenient to all main walks in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable and the half board for meals was exceptional. The chef is very talented and the meals were the best we have had in Italy. Waitress had a great sense of humour and service was always with a smile. 3 star rating does not do it justice.

An beautiful alpine Chalet that is under-rated. Wonderful location, my studio was almost new, great food. A hiking village, will definitely go back.

Schöne Unterkunft mit verbesserbaren Service
Pros:

Hatten ein schönes Zimmer im Anbau. Zimmer und Bad war neu renoviert. Das Frühstückbuffet war überschaubar aber ausreichend. Zum Abendessen gab es je 3 Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl, die Getränkepreise waren fair.
Schade war nur, dass das Abendessen auf 19-20 Uhr begrenzt war. Wenn man erst gegen 19:30/19:45 zum Abendessen ging, waren die Servicekräft gernervt, im Gemeinschaftraum wurde man ebenfalls erst nach mehrmaligen ignorieren bedient.

Schöne Lage. Chaletzimmer 329 mit herrlichem Bergblick, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen, durchweg lecker und gute Auswahl.

La Palsa war für uns ein Highlight!!
Pros:

Nach einer schönen Wanderung sind wir in die sehr schöne Sauna gegangen. Erholung pur.....
Dann das leckere Abendessen.
Hervorzuheben die sehr freundliche Chefin des Hauses.
Sehr nette Atmosphäre.
