Bir Otelde konakladigini hissettiren bir personel asla yok. Bu konuda genel bir egitim almalari gerekiyor. Bir sey talep edildiginde anlamsiz ve sanki sitem eder gibi bakan herseyle ilgilenen gozuken ama tavır ve uslup olarak cok vahim bir kisiyle karsilasiyorsunuz. Hizmet verirken soylenen el kol hareketleri gibi tavirlar sergileleyen ve hic cekinmeyen bir kisi.. Cesareti takdire şayan..
