Nice apartment.
All fine.

I picked it up because is close to the airport, like a lot of others.
Overall for the price is very good,the only thing that I did not like is the person who showed me the apartment on the second floor with no elevator and the shuttle driver didn't even asked me to help with my heavy luggage, it's a common sense,but not here

1 star is too many for this place. Where do I starts… First there’s no reception to check in as described on the web. We were made to wait 20 min outside in the rain and I had to call several times and was told the driver will be coming to check us in!!! A driver to check customers in a hotel?!! That was very fishy already!!! After some time I called again and was told a lady is coming, she came and let us in a block of flats, the “apartment” wasn’t what I selected online and as we walked in it absolutely wrecked with cigarette smell, I’m a none smoker with 2 small children… it was nosiating and made me feel sick, everything was really bad smell of cigarettes. I must point out the group of man (5-6) standing downstairs by the entrance and asking all sort of questions was very very uncomfortable and quite scary. It turns out the lady who opened the “apartment” to let us in was standing with the group of man downstairs after all. And yet we were made to wait 20 min for checking in.. Why? I’m not quite sure how this place calls itself a hotel? It is not a hotel. I don’t remember feeling that uncomfortable in a place like this and I had to get myself and my children out of there. We ended up leaving and staying ells where. I would never recommend this place and would never book there again. This was one of the worst experience I’ve had. Unfortunately I can not add photos to describe the smell of this place.

Otele gece yarısı geldigimizde kapılar kapalı ve kimse yoktu. Başta bayag tedirgin olduk ancak mailde belirtilen numaraya telefon ettik, gorevli 5dk içinde geldi. Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Teşekkürler

The room was very clean, organized, quiet and comfortable. The location is near the airport but not near public transportation to the airport. Depending upon the staff member some English is spoken.

The room (actually an apartment) was quite nice. Even had a kitchenette. No reception desk or anyone on-site to speak with. The woman on the phone didn’t speak much English and was unable or unwilling to find out the WiFi network name and password. I had to walk a few blocks through what seemed like a sketchy neighborhood to find a McDonald’s to use their WiFi. I was told to leave my key on the room table at checkout, which wouldn’t be an issue but the key also had a fob that controlled the elevator. Thankfully I was only on the 2nd floor, but had a couple large pieces of luggage and a cat in a carrier. After an hour there I was already looking for another hotel. I would not stay there again.

the apartment was perfect, very clean and comfortable. the reception was very responsive and extremely helpful, the apartment was very close to the airport, shuttle service very efficient. overall a great stay!!

I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment, but got a studio instead, because “we were only 2 people”. The TV didn’t work. The guy who met us at the spot was extremely grumpy and not friendly at all. Apartment condition was ok.

It is apartment building no reception

The stuff was very kind, we arrived 2 hours early which was no problem. We talked through Google translate so no problem :) The Mall is in walking range and it’s close to the airport

No tiene parking como indica la descripcion (es parking en la calle que además tiene muchas zonas prohibidas con aviso de grúa), tampoco tiene recepción 24 horas (tienes que llamar por teléfono y esperar a que alguien vaya), tuvimos que llamarles un montón de veces por el wifi y no sabían la contraseña. Los platos / tazas estaban semi limpios (camas y demás si estaba limpio)

Good apartment that was local to the shopping mall.
Good access into property with comfy beds, with fridge, kettle and stove (no microwave)
Electrics were a bit dodgy and fridge not cleaned out so smelt when we arrived.
No process to leave the keys anywhere when going home.

All perfectly!
