Düsseldorf charges a city tax of max. 3 euros per person and night, payable on check-in. The tax is applicable to business and leisure travelers. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt. The tax will be added to your invoice.

At McDreams, everything is geared around giving you the perfect night's sleep. We work together with local cafe´s in Düsseldorf it is the Café Cloud Kitchen. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir reisten mit kleinen Kindern. Obwohl wir ursprünglich ein größeres Zimmer gebucht hatten, erhielten wir bei der Ankunft per WhatsApp lediglich den Zugangscode und mussten feststellen, dass uns ein extrem kleines Zimmer zugewiesen wurde.

Das Zimmer war bereits mit gekipptem Fenster vorgefunden worden, dennoch herrschten darin gefühlte 40–45 °C. Der Ventilator war defekt und funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Mit kleinen Kindern waren diese Bedingungen absolut unzumutbar.

Am schlimmsten war jedoch der fehlende Kundenservice. Es gab vor Ort niemanden, an den wir uns wenden konnten. Die gesamte Kommunikation lief ausschließlich über einen KI-Chat bei WhatsApp. Trotz mehrerer Nachrichten und einer E-Mail erhielten wir keinerlei Hilfe oder Rückmeldung.

Diese Erfahrung war für uns ein völliges Chaos. Ein Hotel sollte seinen Gästen im Problemfall Unterstützung bieten – hier war das leider überhaupt nicht der Fall. Deshalb kann ich dieses Hotel, insbesondere für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, nicht empfehlen.

Correct pour une nuitée mais trop bruyant quand on ouvre la fenêtre.

Cons:

Il fait très chaud et quand on ouvre la fenêtre (car pas de climatisation) c'est très bruyant (côté Tramway). Self check-in où l'on perd beaucoup de temps

Günstiges Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel zur SALC West gebucht - die Halle war zu Fuß sowie mit der Bahn gut erreichbar. Check in war einfach und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer waren sehr klein und super warm. Fenster ließ sich zwar öffnen dadurch hatte man dann aber den Lärm.

Temizlik 6 gün ve üzeri konaklamada yapılıyor yoksa ekstraya giriyor ücretli. Kahvaltı ekstra para ödüyorsun ama ekstra denilen normalde verilen kahvaltıdan farklı değil. Odalarda klima yok. Mini buzdolabı yok. Odalar çok küçük. İletişim hemen hiç yok.
