Pleasant friendly quiet retreat surrounded by services. Good value for money.
Pros:

Location was handy to shopping at The Mall (5mins walk), huge HomePro, Lotus & hospital. Lots of free car parking and central location for driving around BKK. Skytrain short taxi ride.

Cons:

Fitted sheets on bed kept coming unattached disrupting sleep. Needs underblanket to prevent as mattress very smooth & slippery. Booking.com profile out of date: No restaurant [brekki or room service], garden, safe deposit box, free toiletries.

It's a good budget hotel. Far from the centre, if you want a quiet place, this hotel is for you ☺.
Pros:

The staff, especially the kitchen staff, were exceptional. We requested a breakfast for take away and they went out of their way to prepare it for us. They were friendly and always smiling.
The room has a bath tub. ☺

Cons:

The AC was really old. One night, we woke up due to a fire alarm but it wasn't. It was the AC! 😅

Staff, owner lady who gave us early check in the hotel we arrived at hotel early in the mornings and we were tired so they allow realy checked in their hotel.
