The staff were very warm and accomodative. I would definitely refer someone else to this place.
The accommodation is very good condidering even the fees. With all the necessary facilities in place.
Keep it up Horizon Inn staff.
Very safe place, safety was my priority! Very clean place friendly polite staff. Am reading others reviews and it seems same issues have been raised, please put a toilet brush in the toilet? Bathroom is not on a good sport! No light. But these are not essential. Above all, a very recommended place to stay! Very close to town and shopping malls and places you can buy food and other basics. Clean bedding comfortable bed. I loved this place. Thanks
Worst experience ever. Hotel is advertised wrongly. No fridge, no microwave, no kettle, blankets ripped, no hot water, breakfast provided not on the menu. Very noisy due to clubs around the area. Arrived at the property given to separate rooms away from my kids yet booked a 2 bed apartment. In those rooms there was nothing as advertised. No hot water, no fridge and no microwave. Made a complaint then was moved to the 2 bed apartment we initially booked the next day. However there was a fridge in that apartment but again no microwave, no kettle. Worst hotel we ever booked. For those reasons will never use horizon inn again as long as i live. Rather sleep on the street. The only positive side was the receptionist was very helpful.
Good place, safe neighbourhood. Close to shopping centre. Friendly staff. Clean enviro
For improvement: too much pork with no alternative for nonpork eaters. Allow for guests to cook thier own foods since dinner is not provided for. Put toilet cleaning brushes for guests to use. The bathroom morrow is way high up and need for lights in the bathroom.
very convenient to the city
very secure and protected
great staff and cheerful
extra care and attention
very thorough and complete
excellent front end customer service
all round very helpful and understanding staff
A very quiet and convenient place to stay while on a business trip. Excellent amenities and friendly staff. it is located in the Avenues, just outside the bustle of the city but close enough for easy access. I really enjoyed my stay there !
I enjoyed Harare and the stay.
Basic accommodation but suitable for my needs.
Service was good and the people was very friendly, thank you for that.
Breakfast was very basic but tasty. One morning there were not enough eggs.
This was a very last minute choice, but I was happy regardless. It was clean and enjoyable. Staff was very polite and attentive (Thank you Thandie).
Would book it again.
Great value for the price. Enjoyed it.
We definitely enjoyed our stay...My family enjoyed the internet speed ,quiet environment and the hospitality,Good parking space, security is awesome and helpful ..Our car had a puncture and the hotel staff helped me a lot ...
The Room was okay, the only issue was the noise in the early hours of the morning by staffers.
Breakfast was decent. TV was ok, and good WiFi. Parking was ok and safe, the staff was friendly, decent bedding.
The Horizon Inn is pleasantly clean and quiet. Stayed overnight, was too tired to check television channels. Great WiFi, one of the best I have used.
Room was very clean but had an old blanket. Great shower
It’s conveniently close to Harare city centre and suitable for those on business trip. Breakfast was basic, nothing fancy
Nice clean hotel for what you pay for and polite and helpful staff.Floors could do with upgrading to something that doesn’t require the use of cobra for polishing, such as ceramic tiles, as the smell of cobra can affect those of us with hay fever. Otherwise a very good hotel for someone on a limited budget!
My stay was lovely. The rooms are secure and peaceful. I loved everything about it. I was just disappointed there was no meat for breakfast. The bathroom was clean, I was scared the flushing system would not be working(typical Harare) but all was well.
The room was reeking of chemicals, generally it wasn’t that clean and was too cold.
I loved the place at first sight but disappointed with the services provided. Sort that out and you will be my number one reference place. The buildings and grounds are superb and the environment safe and friendly!
Great place to be, enjoyed my stay. The staff were respectful and always willing to help. the rooms good and the prices were very competitive could have been any better. I recommend you stay at this place, it was a great experience.
My stay at Horizon Inn was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful and the room was clean and secure. The intertainment was also good. I would be grateful if the inn can consider providing lunch and dinner.
Disappointing by the quality of service and it took 13hrs(8am-9pm) to get access to the WIFI after several request with no updates from the reception. It felt like I was begging or a problem. I requested an iron at 4pm on Friday the 15th and got it the following day at 6am after confronting the gentleman at reception complaining about the service.
I would always recommend this place to a visitor to Harare. Centrally located and with good facilities. The place is serene and veryaccomodating. I am saving up to bring my family there for a Harare getaway
