Clean, friendly staff, quiet
It was very cold upon arrival
Everything was good! Staff was helpful and we’re eager to help.
Restaurant had long wait and looked like many tables available.
Excellent service. The rooms were immaculate and clean.
The location...it was almost hard to find. I'm not a city girl.
Great view
Not enough water provided in room.
Didn’t like body wash that much
Beautiful furnishings friendly staff
Restaurant dining was quite slow
Beautiful room, very clean. Great location and an awesome bar/restaurant on property.
The city noise was kind of loud at times, the bed wasn’t very comfortable at all.
Stunning property, easily besting the Four Seasons and Hotel 1000. Refined service, breathtaking and dramatic design by Philippe Starck. Room service was efficient and food was delicious. Brunch in the restaurant was equally good - better actually, including lovely views. We had a very spacious suite (just over 1,000 sf), that was nice enough you didn't want to leave. Glad to see this wonderful Korean luxury brand finally expanding out of NYC. My wife and I will stay here often.
We rented a suite for our small wedding cocktail party. Before signing the contract the service was great. After we signed, communication was terrible and everything that was previously discussed now had a cost associated. The service ahead of the event was so bad that we discouraged our guests from booking at the hotel, as we didn't want their stay to be disappointing. We live in Seattle and will never host another event here.
My partner and I went for our anniversary and stayed at the Lotte based on our travel agent’s recommendation. There were a few positives: the food is delicious and the hotel and rooms are very visually interesting. The views from the bay room are impressive. However, each turn something seemed to go wrong:
the majority of the outlets in the room do not work. At first I thought it was just the one by the bed, but realized that it is multiple after thinking my phone was charging only to find out before we left that it hadn’t been at all. Luckily we brought a portable charger that I could take with me, but had we not, I wouldn’t have had a phone while we were out in the city.
- my partner had to head out for an hour or so today and I decided to stay behind. I planned on relaxing in the room and watching TV. However the service they have, xfinity, did not work. It kept saying to check the account and when I tried to watch what was labeled as “free” movies, it told me that I would have to upgrade the subscription. I finally turned it off after continued failures.
- we were hoping to use the house car and was told they didn’t have a driver. It happens, but I was surprised since it’s a pretty busy Saturday during the holiday season. Not a huge deal, but was disappointing.
-Lastly, we found a previous occupant’s sock in the closet. It left us feeling unsettled and that the room wasn’t well prepared for our arrival.
I do realize that each may seem small, but each time something happens it has taken us out of the feel of a vacation and caused some frustration.
We had such a great stay at Lotte Hotel Seattle, and a huge shoutout goes to Mr. Gary Johnson—he’s a veteran, super friendly, and totally made our trip by upgrading us to the premium suite. The suite was incredible, with a spacious living room, a proper table for meals, and beautiful marble floors in both bathrooms. The rainfall shower alone was worth the upgrade! We also ordered takeout from the Charlotte restaurant twice because their ube pancakes were insanely good—just be ready for the morning rush. Overall, this is easily the best hotel in the city, and Gary’s hospitality made it unforgettable.
Beautiful and clean.
No hot water.
