Hyatt Regency Lucknow

The location is good but the road to the entry is very congested ! Otherwise the hotel is very good and the staff are very responsive and take extra care of the guests. Hotel is clean and food is tasty and hygienic.

Hyatt Lucknow did an excellent job with my stay. They made sure it’s an absolute oasis in the city. The attention to detail was meticulous. The service offered by the staff was pretty amazing in every sense

As a Globalist, I genuinely appreciated the complimentary suite upgrade which made my stay very special. They even allowed me a temporary room till my suite was being ready. Nothing beats be able to go hotel room directly from a flight.

The Hotel has a good scope of dining options. The hotel features the best Gym Design and Layout I have seen in many Hyatt hotels. It’s a panoramic Gym layout allowing for natural light to come in. Decent range of equipment.

In Rocca They had an excellent breakfast spread. Great Service as well. I highly recommend booking a room with Lounge access as the Happy hour was another highlight. The Appetizers served excellently. Great Service as well.

Like to Thank Shiva, Shivam from Front Office. from Housekeeping. Chef Tarun, Chef Harshit from Rocca who made both my breakfasts and especially my dinners so memorable. The Nihari, chicken korma, Biryani and Galouti kebabs during dinner was simply incredible.

Also Swami Ishant from Rocca for organizing the the last day breakfast especially with the rush .

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Lucknow recently along with two of my colleagues for a three-night business visit. Unfortunately, the overall service experience was below expectations for a Hyatt property.

To begin with, all our names were incorrectly captured by the hotel. This led to repeated Wi-Fi access issues, which we later discovered were linked to incorrect spelling in the system. Despite a three-day stay, room key cards for at least two of us were getting deactivated every day, requiring us to visit the lobby repeatedly to get them reactivated. This was both inconvenient and unnecessary.

One of my colleagues also faced persistent air-conditioning issues in his room, with the temperature remaining uncomfortably low and not adjustable until a technician was called.

The most disappointing aspect, however, was the restaurant service. During both breakfast and dinner, items ordered were reported not available/served. In addition, multiple drinks listed on the menu were not available, which reflected poor planning and coordination.

These are basic service elements that one does not expect to struggle with at a Hyatt. While the property itself is well located, the service standards need significant improvement

A very pleasant and relaxing stay after completing our pilgrimage. Hotel was really busy when we arrived but managed to check in smoothly and swiftly. Rooms are clean and nicely designed.(As what you see in the pics)

I would like to especially commend Akanksha Yadav at the front office for being extremely helpful during our stay. Also heartfelt shout-out to all the staffs at the coffee house for their diligence and attentive service in handling customers’ orders.

Breakfast spread was nice with a mixture of North and a little of South Indian dishes and Western. The pastries were really nice. Food was overall tasty.

Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay for the couple of nights.

It was a truly wonderful experience for us. Sachin and Vikram were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the event. Their professionalism, polite behavior, and dedication made a big difference in how smoothly everything went. They supported us at every step and ensured that all arrangements were well managed. Because of their efforts, managing the party became much easier and stress-free. The entire team worked efficiently and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We sincerely appreciate the hard work and coordination shown by everyone involved. A big thank you to Sachin, Vikram, and the entire team for making our party memorable and enjoyable.

Second event planning at the same facility and has conducted events at their other branches as well, the staff is courteous and supportive, for business it is a breather as we do not have to struggle with small request, a must recommend for events, functions, parties.

Location not so great, but the ambiance is great, all the personnel have a pleasant smile, with helpful and professional nature. the rooms are comfortable and restaurant serve hot and delicious food.

The location is excellent and right for your shopping and entertainment. Great ambiance of the hotel with comfortable rooms and welcoming staff . Attention to detail and friendly atmosphere seems to be a major factor in the Hyatt group . The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Everything was amazing, felt like a homely place even in a single day.
The food was amazing and the ambience just amazed me. Also, the toiletries they use is such a wonder that my sensitive skin felt so relaxed and amazing, I would definitely plan my visit to Hyatt again soon.

Location and atmosphere is not bad, but service which I expect not got.. I told for room change 3-4 times but not proper response provided by staffs and manager..

Not safe for single women travelers. Their staff barged into the room without ringing the doorbell. When I complained no action was taken.
