Pros:

Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre était à 27 degrés nous l'avons signalé, le personnel nous a mis un ventilateur et nous avons pourtant ouvert la fenêtre rien n'a changé dans la chambre donc 5 jours sans avoir eu une nuit de repos

Posizione buona e stanze pulite
Pros:

Posizione ottima, 15 min circa dall’aeroporto di Jeju. Di fronte alla ferma degli autobus, il 365 è diretto per l’aeroporto. Lo staff della reception sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti. Stanza ampia e pulita.

Good for short trips when you are primarily going up Hallasan or exploring Jeju
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location right near main public transport and plenty of food options. Rooms quite clean and modern and the hotel entrance is inviting.

Cons:

The temperatures for the rooms are centrally controlled so you cannot adjust the temperature in your room for some reason. Ends up we slept in what felt like a sauna. It says it has a "Sky Lounge" which is just an empty roof terrace with absolutely nothing up there but exhaust systems. Very very strange.

Nice place
Pros:

Nice place surrounding with shops and restaurant. Lovely staff to give advice and support. We can walk around for sightseeing and shopping.

I wouldn’t mind taking some time to explore better options next time when I come to Jeju.
Pros:

1, Location is good. Not in the busiest area but you can get to the shopping area easily by bus or Uber.
The neighborhood is quite good.
2, The room is spacious.

Cons:

1, Certain staff’s English proficiency needs to be improved. The staff who dealt with my check-in spoke very poor English. He couldn’t grasp the basic information, so it took me quite some time to communicate with him.
2, The wall and the door is not soundproof AT ALL. Every early morning there are some guests talking loudly in the corridor. We can hear almost every single word. Couldn’t sleep well for few days.
