Skip this hotel unless you’re very patient
Pros:

The physical building is lovely but it’s on a street with a bunch of strip clubs and the staff is the least accommodating for a 5 star hotel I’ve ever been to- the check in took almost 45 min and there was poor communication about when kitchen’s closed and NO flexibility. They also gave my friend a room with people in it… not great

Not happy for the price difference
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff gave adjoining room.

Cons:

My daughter booked through hotel and d got her room for 189/night. I booked through booking.com and got it for 259/night. Makes me question the value of booking.com. same nights, same hotel.
