Pros:

Nice facilities - all staff was pleasant and helpful except an arrogant and disrespectful young dreadlocked male at the check-in who acted like he was doing me a favor to answer questions

Cons:

It would be nice for better direction to get from upper floors of parking garage to hotel rooms - it could be explained in a few word by check in clerk

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

This is a great hotel in a great location. I was there with my daughter for orientation at UGA. The room was very nice and comfortable. I was able to walk to get something to eat close by. I was able to bring back the food I didn't finish and place it in my in room refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. plenty of pillows and blankets.

Great experience!
Pros:

Customer service was exceptional! Beautiful clean rooms. Fantastic, delicious breakfast - Emmalee went above and beyond to be kind and offer assistance. Brittney and others at the front desk were also so welcoming and helpful. Staff everywhere offered a smile, a hello and asked if they could be of help. Such a blessing. Great location to get to restaurants and stores. It was a wonderful “graduation” weekend.
