Ok hotel. Great location, but not worth the amount of money we paid

There was no hot water in the morning for showering. The elevator was broken, and the parking deck was covered in ice.

Comfortable, parking was great and staff was great

Friendly staff, very comfortable beds, location was perfect

Cons:

It was NYE and booked solid. One of the elevators was out of order. Things happen, it just took longer waiting on an elevator . I’m sure it was being addressed

The stay was nice
Pros:

The breakfast was great !! Daryle at the front desk was wonderful.

Cons:

The cost is alot for the city of Athens. This is a good hotel but for that price I would expect LUXURY. When you pay a mortgage payment for 2 night I expect more. And the elevator in the parking garage was broken and you could not get to the roof top bar.

An outstanding stay with excellent service, comfort, and location—I would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. The room was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully set up, and the location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was handled exceptionally well.

Pros:

The property was clean and well done, a good value for the ate. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was very good. of note was the clerk at check in who remembered me from my stay the previous week and gave me a little "welcome" snack bag that was appreciated.

Cons:

Everything was good and everyone was courteous and helpful.
