Quiet and comfortable hotel in the heart of Valpolicella.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and the swimming pool was nice.

Cons:

It was easy to get there but not easy to go back, airport.

Mi è piaciuta la tranquillità. Mi è piaciuta la pulizia della stanza. Mi è piaciuto il fatto che la struttura sia nel cuore della Valpolicella

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che al momento della prenotazione è indicata la piscina e che per chi pernotta è previsto ombrellone e lettino. La disponibilità di di ombrellone e lettino è legato però alla disponibilità causa ingressi alla piscina anche da esterni. Nel nostro caso erano disponibili, ma ci è stato detto al momento del check-in

My daughter got burned very badly with hot water in the breakfast room and the staff didn’t really try to help

A lady did come over eventually that saw not sure if she worked in the hotel but did know what to do
