Overall stay was below expectations because of poor housekeeping and staff support.
Pros:

The room was not clean at all and the bed was dirty. Housekeeping was very poor and we had to repeatedly ask the staff for cleaning. Even basic things like the dustbin were not provided on time despite multiple requests. Overall, the staff behavior and cleanliness were very disappointing.
