Ho apprezzato molto la gestione della struttura in generale. Il check-in è stato semplice e comodo e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il personale, gentili, disponibili e sorridenti, disposti a venirci in contro,

La camera aveva dimensioni adeguate e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. In bagno erano disponibili salviette, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Molto gradita anche la presenza del bollitore con tè in camera, un piccolo dettaglio che abbiamo trovato davvero piacevole.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto positivo e terrò in considerazione la possibilità di tornarci.

Cons:

L'unico piccolo difetto, che non abbiamo comunque segnalato durante il soggiorno perché assolutamente gestibile e poco rilevante per il nostro comfort, riguarda la privacy del bagno. Ho soggiornato in camera con mio fratello e il bagno aveva delle pareti trasparenti, cosa che ci ha creato qualche difficoltà di privacy, soprattutto durante la doccia. Abbiamo semplicemente gestito la situazione dandoci il cambio e uscendo nel momento necessario.

Probabilmente, al momento della prenotazione, sarebbe stato utile da parte mia segnalare anche tramite messaggio, non solo tramite compilazione del form, che non si trattava di una prenotazione di coppia, così da poter eventualmente valutare una camera più adatta. Non abbiamo ritenuto necessario farlo presente alla struttura, perché il soggiorno era di una sola notte e la situazione era facilmente gestibile in altra maniera.

Consiglio quindi, in caso di prenotazioni tra persone che non sono una coppia, di segnalare preventivamente questa esigenza alla struttura: la nostra impressione è che sarebbero sicuramente disponibili a venire incontro a eventuali necessità.

El hotel es bonito! chic, está en un barrio animado, y con oferta de restauración. La habitación y baño nuevos. La ubicación es bastante céntrica.

Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Hotel staat in een straat met leuke bars en eetgelegenheden. Veel winkels en horeca op loopafstand met voor elk wat wils. Centrum en altstad zijn op 10 minuten loopafstand en parkeergarages op 3 minuten loopafstand van het hotel.

Geen airconditioning in de kamer, wel ventilators in de kamer waardoor het wel aangenaam bleef in de kamer

Lebhaftes Köln
Pros:

Zentral in Köln, für uns perfekt gelegen, da alles in Laufweite. Belgisches Viertel oder Innenstadt / Dom / Bahnhof / Rhein - alles direkt um die Ecke. Es ist abends eine lebhafte Ecke und nachts auch mal lauter auf der Straße, für uns aber akzeptabel, da wir auch gerne unterwegs sind. Man kann die Fenster zu machen, die sind gut schallisoliert. Das Zimmer selbst war stimmig eingerichtet und besonders hat uns die Lösung mit dem Bad / Dusche gefallen. Alles in allem ein schönes Erlebnis und tatsächlich eine Abwechslung.

Cons:

An den Tagen, als wir da waren, war es recht warm, daher haben wir nachts die Fenster offen lassen müssen. Am Wochenende wegen der Lautstärke dann eine Entscheidungsfrage. Eine Klimaanlage wäre nützlich.
