Important information:

Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.

Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.

Любим хотел! Целият екип са изключителни професионалисти, усмихнати, любезни, с внимание и лично отношение към госта. Храната в ресторанта отново беше на най-високо ниво - вкусни готвени ястия, ароматна и сочна скара. Изобилие от салати,основни ястия - различни видове меса,риба,паста,супи,пресни плодове и зеленчуци. Най-вкусните омлети -пухкави, приготвени с пресни продукти. Десертите - истински рай за любителите на сладкото 🍰🍮🍧🍦 красиви и страхотно поднесени. Не е никак изненадващо - готвачите са турци 🤌🔥 Едни от най-добрите!
Плажа чист, нови чадъри,шезлонги. Парковата зона обновена, осветени алеи. Дървета, много зеленина,красиво, чисто и поддържано. Голям плюс е и безплатния паркинг за удобство на гостите! Чудесно СПА и фитнес. Общите части чисти. Прекрасно място!. Благодарим!

Pros:

Kitches was amazing, staff are great,helpful and kind. Location is perfect and hotel has free parking. Hotel is very clean and whatever you need is near you.

Cons:

Only kids garden i didnt like it. Because i have a kid she is only 3 years old. Inside the playground teenegars were playing that was dangerous for smallers. Also internet was very poor.

Поредно лято и отново чудесен престой.
Pros:

Хубав плаж, чисто море, достатъчно чадъри и шезлонги - безплатни!. Комплексът е с нов собственик - видимо обновена паркова зона, почистени и осветени алеи, обновени зони за паркиране. Безплатна зелена зона за паркиране! Нови чадъри и шезлонги. Екипа в ресторанта същият - турци кулинари, изобилие от вкусни ястия, разнообразни и красиво поднесени, десерти шедьовър. Винаги посрещат гостите, усмихнати, любезни, професионалисти, които работят с желание.Красиво фоайе. Хубава СПА зона и фитнес.

Би било добре да се въведат ясни правила и ограничения за възрастта или часовете, в които децата могат да използват СПА зоната, за да се осигури по-комфортна и спокойна среда за всички гости.

Pros:

Közvetlenül a tengerparton van, saját stranddal. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak és nagy választék volt. A félpanzió magába foglalta az italokat is (üdítő, sör, bor). Kávé és tea bekészítés a szobában. Nagyon jó wellness részleg. Korlátlan víz, rostoslé és tea fogyasztási lehetőség a wellnessben. Az elutazás napján check out után is használhattuk a wellnesst, amivel sikerült kitölteni a járatunk indulásáig fennmaradó néhány órát.

Superbes plage et spa

Les deux grandes piscines à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec un grand nombre de transats disponibles
Les repas plutôt bons globalement (beaucoup de choix sur un repas donc même si c'était parfois répétitif sur la semaine, il était possible de varier d'un jour à l'autre)
Certains membres du personnel souriants et agréables, tous se sont montrés très efficaces

Cons:

Au spa, beaucoup trop d'enfants en bas âge et de bébés, y compris dans le jacuzzi pris d'assaut tous les jours et même dans le sauna !
La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement ; elle semblait bridée à 25 degrés. Malgré plusieurs signalements, rien n'a changé.
L'un des matelas était très abîmé (gros creux au milieu).
Les plats chauds étaient souvent tièdes voire froids. La composition des plats n'était pas toujours très claire malgré les questions posées (allergies, etc.)
Attention, aucune animation n'est proposée dans l'hôtel, mais nous en étions conscients avant notre séjour donc pas de problème pour nous. Les chanteurs et musiciens présentés quelques soirs par semaine pendant les repas mériteraient d'être davantage mis en valeur.

Amplasare direct pe plajă, acces direct la plajă, șezlonguri gratuite, întotdeauna disponibile, accesul gratuit la Spa, piscina interioară și exterioară de dimensiuni mari, parcare păzită , aparat pt apă pe fiecare palier, aparat pt apă și sucuri la zona Spa, indiferent de tipul de masă ales, meniu diversificat și gustos.
