Important information:

Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.

Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Some revamp was performed compared with the last stay. Exterior facilities especially. All new umbrellas beach, poolside and restaurant. New comfortable beds on the beach and poolside.
Revamped parking. Attentive and helping staff at the restaurant. Room cleaning staff is allways adding personalised towel and bed decorations.

The perfect place for a relaxing vacation
Pros:

If you're expecting a Western-style, luxury 5-star hotel, you'll be disappointed. BUT! If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, quiet, and friendly place that meets all your needs, with its own private beach and SPA, then this is the place!

A peaceful, quiet, and safe hotel, surrounded by a forest on one side and the sea on the other. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the lobby is beautiful and cozy. The rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly.

The selection of dishes is plentiful and varied, it’s impossible to try them all. Soups, cheeses, salads, a wide variety of meat and fish dishes, and meat grilled fresh all the time. 10–15 kinds of desserts, cakes, and pastries. Simply fantastic.

The SPA is beautiful and looks brand-new, with saunas, a steam room, a salt room, an outdoor pool, and an indoor thermal pool. It's perfect.

Cons:

Sometimes you could smell food from the restaurant in the hallway and in the room, as if the ventilation wasn't always working. The elevators were a bit slow, sometimes we had to wait several minutes for them.

Прекрасни впечатления от усилията и старанието на камериерките / ние бяхме на пети етаж/

Cons:

Като за хотел 5 звезди , мисля че е задължителен освежителен ремонт на стаите преди всеки сезон .
Матраците са по-меки от стандартните и за мен това беше неудобство

Рецепшн очень быстро и профессионально!! Номер с двумя балконами. Очень удобно пляж,спа и бассейн везде есть бары.В номере есть халаты,тапочки ,чайник, кофемашина удобная большая кровать.полный холодильник различных напитков и постоянное пополнение.постель меняли кровать заправляли убирали.недостатка лежаков на пляже и в бассейне не наблюдалось.в ресторане очень удобная мебель и неплохое меню.вообщем очень хорошие впечатления.

Cons:

Очень высокая ванна неудобно я бы сказал опасно.полотенца требуют обновления.

Needs major repairs/renovations to be up to date
Pros:

The resort location was nice, secluded, quiet, good beach, the food was decent, very diverse, lots of options, staff were friendly. The bedsheets and towels were clean.

Cons:

The building has not been renovated in many years, it needs a lot of repairs and fixing, the furniture, the walls, everything is at least 20 years old and cracked and falling apart( ceiling panels, cracks in the walls, cracked doors).
Lack of relaxation options ( one old pool table and a bent ping pong table). Beach umbrellas are small, you can barely fit two people in their shade.
