Important information:

Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.

Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Locația, amplasarea chiar pe plajă.
Mic dejun variat, generos. La fel si bufetul seara.

Cons:

Faptul ca a fost frig in camera si in hotel, in general. Chiar si in centrul spa. Oricum, încălzirea centralizata era fixata astfel încât sa nu se depășească 22 grade. Nici chiar la atât nu ajungea temperatura in cameră.
Este foarte neplăcut pe timp de iarna. Si creează un disconfort continuu un astfel de amănunt.

La spa era bella e accogliente, spiaggia pulita e personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il prezzo é troppo alto per i servizi che offrono, camere sporche e antiche. Nonostante sia un 5 stelle non ci sono molti servizi gratuiti

Un hotel prea slab pt 5*
Pros:

- ieși din hotel și ești direct pe plajă
- indiferent de oră găsești șezlong pe plajă
- plaja este curată / curățată ( apa fff curată )
- personajul drăguț
- curățenie se face zilnic
- lenjeria de pat și prosoapele sunt albe curate , prosoapele schimbate zilnic

Cons:

- mâncarea lasă de dorit ( este prea multă și fără gust . Considerăm ca e mai bine să fie puțină - dar gustoasă )
- cafeaua tare proasta 🥹🥹
- camerele sunt cu pereți cam murdari :( Păcat ca nu se șterg pereții - sunt pătați / zgâriați
- saltelele sunt prea moi :(( te scufunzi în ele :(( din păcate incomode de dormit

Най лошо похарчените пари за хотел.Този хотел не е за повече от 3 звезди !
Pros:

Нищо, Стар порутен хотел. Не отговаря на 5 звезди не повече от 3 зведи е това

Cons:

Няма достатъчно шезлонги в зоната на хотела, Взимат 20 лева на ден за паркинг и не осигуряват къде да се паркира, Хотела е във много стар в лошо състояние, Снимките от обявата подвеждат. Никога не бих повторил.
