Important information:

Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.

Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The food is delicious. The pools and spa are excellent.

Cons:

I didn't like that out of season, when there was an empty parking lot next to the hotel, I had to pay 10 euros per day for a parling. The Spa and Wellness Center worked until 6:00 PM, which is unpleasant and doesn't allow for a full rest, and nowhere is it indicated on the website how long it works. Everywhere in 5-star hotels it is until 8:00 PM.

Външншя басейн,СПА-центъра,храната

Cons:

В банята душът е сложен над ваната,имам затруднения с къпането 190см.съм,неудобно ми е ...трябва душът да е отделно от ваната ,а ни да се катеря във ваната и се хлъзнах..Матраците.,много меки ,Спа...до 18.00 !!!
