Pros:

La camera era eccezionale, pulita, confortevole. La zona terme bellissima solo un po affollata il sabato. La piscina termale esterna consente un bagno anche quando fa freddo.

Lovely thermal waters and staff very helpful but technology not up to the job.
Pros:

Very good range of food and helpful staff at breakfast. Good dining at restaurant in evening
Thermal lake amazing and inside spa facilities great and exceptional massage therapist.

Cons:

Awful awful system of using wrist bands for admission. The wrist bands for admission to the lake and spa facilities was frustrating and unreliable. My two teenagers could enter but not exit the main gates. The lockers would not work with the wrist bands. Mistakes were made adding only the lake on to the wrist band or spa facilities- may be language barrier. This made our experience more of a good than very good experience.
