Its seen better days - tired & cheap - comfortable bed

Cons:

Very tired, past its best on decor: showerhead, toilet seat & kettle all made from same flimsy plastic; travel iron and ironing board both burn-damaged, bedroom furniture dated and ‘economy’; corridors smelt of fumes &/or toilets

A very comfortable stay, lovely food and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely location, very friendly and helpful staff and great food.

Cons:

Unfortunately the extra bed in our triple room was uncomfortable for our 16 year old daughter. The bed springs were felt through the mattress.

Value for money
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally accommodating and the food was of extremely high quality. We had dinner in the restaurant and had lots of dishes to choose from and breakfast offerings were fabulous.

Cons:

The decor is a little bit tired in places and could do with a refresh.

Pros:

The room was a good size and the bed was reasonably comfortable. We moved rooms as the TV wasn't working and the staff responded quickly and in an efficient manner.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the best and the hotel and rooms are dated. There was a musty smell in some areas.
