Huone ok. Aamiaisella hyvä valikoima.
Mehu saisi olla aitoa mehua.

Mahtava sijainti, tosin myös sitten äänet kuuluu huoneeseen. Huoneessa oli korvatulpat.

Pros:

Bed was very comfy. Located right on the main party street so depending on location of room there could be noise , ear plugs were provided but we didn't need them.there is a restaurant/brewtap attached to the hotel we didn't eat there but did try a selection of beers which were very good.

Pros:

Hotellet har nedgradert fasilitetene siden forrige gang vi bodde der.
Manglet balsam, og andre ting på badet og rommet. Fikk kun en drikkekupong, tidligere har vi fått to. Dårligere utvalg på frokosten. Den nye jusen smakte syntetisk.
Har alltid vært fornøyd på dette hotellet, men denne gangen var det en skuffelse

If you want sleep and rest, search another option. Is like to be inside the disco but in the bed. Pubs close 4:30 am and the music noise is terrible in the room.

Si lo que quieres es dormir y descansar busca otra opción. La calle está repleta de garitos y no cierran hasta las 4:30 de la madrugada. La música es como dentro de una discoteca pero en la calle

Pros:

Absolutely wonderful, probably the best hotel in Katowice in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The reception goes out of their way to accommodate every possible request and the housekeeping team leaves the rooms genuinely spotless. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and in Katowice, and this one is definitely the cleanest.
It could do with a little revamp of facilities within rooms (updated TVs to include next flux, contactless charging points etc.) but it’s more so a personal preference rather than a major issue. I’ll definitely be back.

I thought i had prebooked breakfast , upon arrival informed wasnt the case and informed 80 pln pp per day which we thought was excessive so didnt bother so cant comment on this aspect
