Breakfast was good
I can hear footsteps from other room basically because the wooden structure is old I guess
Just ok
Cold tomatoes and beans ever morning straight from the tin looking at the previous reviews lots of people have said the same going back months ago we're not splitting atoms here its warming beans 🙄
Everything about it
There is only blinds on the windows no curtains in my room
The Bathroom was amazing
A slight smell in hallway
The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and a great location for the pleasure beach.
There was a shortage of alcoholic drinks in the bar and the breakfast room was very hot.
WE thought the the room and the lift needed a good clean, plus there was no pillow protectors used plus a long black hair on the corner of the bed.
The location.
We have been going to this hotel for years and returned this year expecting our normal level of service, only to find it had changed management and the service level had dropped but yet we had paid more. The rooms wasn't the cleanest, we found half eaten biscuits in the draws, there were sticky marks all over the carpets, there were all dirty spillage marks down the walls and the blinds didn't cover all the bathroom windows so anyone could see in from the main road. Breakfast was an issue, 23 mins waiting for eggs, no beans and when they came they were cold out of the tin, we kept asking for butter for toast and they couldn't understand and kept wanting to bring us ketchup 20 mins later we finally got the butter. Nothing was kept topped up, you had to ask for everything from bread, to the hot items, to cold juices and cups and you had to check everything before using it as a lot of items were still dirty and glasses smelt funny. We have loved staying in Blackpool and The Stuart Hotel over the last 9 years, unfortunately this was to be our last visit...feeling very sad.
Was booked last minute, was very friendly and had a baby cot in the room ready for us when we arrived.
Breakfast, between 8-9am was fair. Hot and plentiful.
Location was good, about 15 mins walk from front entrance of fair.
Bed linens and bathroom were clean
Tea and coffee making facilities
Staff were polite and helpful
The room needs a refurb and a deep clean (triple bedroom, room number 23)
The room was tired; cracked/wobbly bathroom fixtures, blinds of different lengths, no curtains, threadbare/stained carpet.
The hairdryer kept overheating every 10 secs
My main problems were the shower (power shower, wouldn't get hot) and the lack of window coverage meaning very early wakeup.
The room was fine, but the breakfast was OK, but cold tomatoes and bacon
The room was good. We liked the balcony
Rude hostile staff. No sense of accountability. Be prepared to wait for your room to be ready, get there atleast 45mins before the time you want to get in your room. They’ll start cleaning when you get there. But don’t get there before 3pm cuz they’ll shoo you away.
We booked the triple room with bath for me, my husband and our son for 1 night. Staff were very helpful and tentative. Room was clean, bathroom made this well worth the money. Bath was brilliant. Room could do with some new blinds/curtains. Was ok for 1 night stay. Breakfast buffet style, juice, cereals and then some options to help yourself too. Parking available too which was a bonus. Bar is well stocked and there is a pool table.
Little dated, room needs new blinds.
Greeted by the host on arrival he made us feel welcome rooms was lovely and spacious shower nice and hot buffet breakfast included and it was nicely cooked will be back for a visit 😊
Nothing i can say bad about the accommodation
