Absolutely nothing
This squatters pad is absolutely disgusting. I checked in and left within the hour. It is used as a homeless/migrant shelter. My room was a biohazard.. vomit blood and faeces all visible. The door had been previously kicked in and was not suitable for myself and my young daughter. There was all matter of stains on the headboard the bed the tv the doors the radiator. The bathroom was covered in hair and pubic hair. I did not receive a refund from this place either or from booking. Com. I will never use booking.com again. These things should be regulated.
An unforgettable experience. It felt like being stuck in a zombie apocalypse horror film. I haven't seen this level of filth and decay in a very long time.
Booked a room with a balcony. Arrived and spent ten minutes trying to find a member of staff by ringing the numbers on a slip of paper at reception. Then I was pleasantly offered a room without a balcony, being told that the room I’d paid for was unavailable and that the manager had apparently changed my room type on their own initiative, forgetting to notify me. Seriously? You’re politely being pushed into taking something worse than what you’ve already paid for. You either agree or you’re forced to hunt for somewhere else to sleep after a long and exhausting journey. I honestly had no idea you could get an experience like this on Booking.com.
I genuinely feel sorry for the people leaving high ratings for this place. Guys, this is a British hotel, not an Indian slum.
Location was great, close to Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park, and the beach. Also, very close to 2 arcades, the south pier, and a Pizza Hut.
Staff were friendly, very easy check-in and out. No faults for attitude or their helpfulness at all.
Room was clean, with a fresh set of towels in the bathroom and very clean sheets.
You can hear a LOT while in the hotel, noise travels SO easily. Could hear another family's kids running around at 7am from the other side of the floor above.
Asked for a cot when booking, request was accepted weeks ago, checked in and a member of staff went to check the rooms and said they were all good, until we went up and checked both rooms to find no cot in either. Fiancé had to go back to front desk to ask, they said they'd bring one up later (as in, at night) and my fiance asked when (because we have an 18 month old who needed to nap) which seemed to prompt them to bring one up. Very appreciative to have finally gotten one, but the request was put in and accepted weeks prior to arriving.
The showers are iffy. Couldn't seem to find a decent temperature setting between vaguely warm and way too hot due to the shower settings/the type of shower.
Bathroom could have done with a sanitary bin for women's products and nappies. Only had one bin in the bedroom, which we had to move into the bathroom for that reason. Any kind of covered sanitary bin for the bathroom would be great for women and families staying.
Everything ,genuinely couldn’t complain about anything
Location is good staff very friendly
Breakfast needs organised better
It was a place to put your head down for the night.
Nothing much to like about it.
You were right near the pleasure beach but it wasn't noisy in the evening.
Recent hotel reviews is what we expected.
Run down, smelt of weed on odd occasions staff were rearly seen on arrival and check out.
Pallets on floor in bar area ??? .
Interior was really run down and needs alot of work done.
Beds were hard
Breakfast was poor
Decor inside didn't match and smelt of dirt.
Shower kept blocking and the shower curtain was yellow and stained like the curtains in the room
The picture you advertise is not lit up on an evening dont be fooled i only took a chance as was the cheapest at the time of booking.
I wouldn't recommended families to stop there with young ones.
The room with the balcony .
Staff were amazing, very polite and friendly. Room was a good size with a lovely sized bathroom very close to the Tram stop so easy to get into town. Lovely breakfast each morning with a good selection of items. Bar looked very impressive with a huge selection of gins available. The lift worked. Cute little welcome bags given on arrival.
A little updating would be good. the matress was a bit well worn, and a little paintwork could have done with a touch up, and the shower screen needed re aligning. The bar was only serving beer from cans, but it was very early in the summer season. But all minor points and by far the best hotel we have stayed in so far at Bkackpool.
The location
The staff weren’t welcoming had no cans of juice for children for it being a family hotel it didn’t have that sort of atmosphere Wi-Fi didn’t work windows broken in rooms didn’t feel safe with doors no security measures at all room was right next to stair which isn’t ideal when I have children breakfast wasn’t up to much
Nothing! Dirty place no bar no tv my child nearly cut herself on a broken mirror! Wire cut everywhere a man sleeping in the bar!

Nothing
Everything could have been better, the entrance to the hotel was littered with cigarette butts, there was another old chaise longe outside the entrance that was falling to bits. The room was filthy, there was burn marks on the carpet, a large stain down the side of the double bed, a set of drawers were broken. The sockets were double on the wall which had extensions coming from them that had several appliances plugged in, the blind at the window had strips missing. The bathroom floor was filthy don’t think it had been washed in weeks. We couldn’t wait to get away certainly didn’t stay the two nights we booked. We left as soon as possible on Sunday morning. We didn’t have breakfast no way was I going to chance eating anything there.
Nothing.
Breakfast was shocking. The beds were the worst iv ever slept in. Main door didn’t close properly. Very bad smell of raw sewage in rooms.
Absolutely filthy
So dirty and disgusting carpet had not been hoovered in months by the looks of it
Checking out and going home
The staff the food the bar the place is very dirty. £6 for a pint and it was a can of carling. The shower was broken no hot water. Dirty dishes and cutlery everywhere. No widows or doors open it's stinking
It was near where we needed it to be
You can hear people clearly in the next room and above. The breakfast advertised as having fruit, pastries, yoghurts, also usual full English. When we arrived we were told breakfast was served 8-9am. We got there at 8:10 there were no pastries, fruit and the only yoghurts were toffee (plenty of them) they continually ran out of juice. The milk jug had a big chunk missing from the spout-breeding for bacteria. It was a free for all, not enough of anything at all!
Breakfast good
Location ok
Malodour on corridors
Great location good value for money
