Fine for the money.
Pros:

Nice breakfast, great location for Pleasure Beach. On a nice street in a clean part of town away from the noisy bits whilst close enough to the beach, trams and South Pier area. Good for families.

Cons:

The bar area is a little bright, stark and uninviting. It could do with a refurb that incorporates softer lighting, upholstery and a more partitioned modular seating design. More parking spaces would be good. The breakfast room was nice though.

Pros:

Excellent location behind pleasure beach ,
Friendly staff
Bedding was clean

Cons:

Alot of tlc needed doing in our room ,
Broken bath panel
Balcony rail was broken ( not ideal for children )
Mattresses where very uncomfortable
Shower was very slow
Door to go into room wouldn't close as hinges where faulty ( had to lift the door before closing

Great room matched with a very nice breakfast nice location just past South Shore out the way of the hustle and bustle of the mile strip.

Cons:

I think Nellie the elephant was In the room above bouncing around until gone 1AM.A big note as soon as you walk in respect other guests after 10pm was obviously ignored last night.

Never again.
Pros:

I had a balcony room.

Cons:

The bed uncomfortable.
The fire alarm kept sounding at 1am was alot of distressed families which including myself the staff didn't care about us, some families even checked out.
