宿へのアクセスが送迎なし　それ以外は全てが満足でした。久しぶりに優良な宿で良い旅になりました。

Great property. 6th floor with ocean view and private hot bath is perfect.

L'hôtel est dans son jus. Vieillot , il mériterait grandement un coup de neuf . Nous avions pris une chambre avec osen sur le balcon, très bien. La chambre était grande , accueillante mais toujours le bruit de la clim .
L'hôtel manque grandement d'une extraction d'air, il propose au restaurant du 6e étage, des plats cuits a table , mais pas d'extraction d'air, ça sans le poisson grillé partout dans les couloirs.
Le osen hommes est très bien.

No se porque este hotel está mal calificado cuando leí las reseñas, si quieres vivir una experiencia japonesa real, nada mejor que este hotel, hotel para relajarte para mí fue excelente

食事のレベル高い、食材が非常に良い高台だったので見晴らしが非常良い、ただ道が悪い、フェリー乗り場から遠いので、行くまで大変だったので、また来るのは悩むけど、多分また来ると思う。

muy bien las habitaciones con muchos detalles, amplias y zona muy tranquila vistas de la ciudad y el mar espectaculares.
Lo que menos nos gusto es que los pasillos olian mucho a cocina.

Great service from the staff and room (432) was the nicest i have stayed in over 21 years visiting Japan. This is a traditional style Japanese Hotel so no shoes but well worth the stay. Highly recommended and a must over ight stay if visiting Miyajima !

部屋のシャワーの水圧が弱いのと
取り付け金具？が壊れていた

ゆったり温泉に入れてよかった。また、チェックイン前とチェックイン後の荷物預かりをしていただき有り難かった。夜のイベントが楽しかった。

海側の露天風呂付きお部屋に滞在しました。眺めは最高です。
ベッドは広く、快適でした。
露天風呂と部屋を仕切るドアが固く、閉められなかったせいか、部屋は露天風呂の熱気で熱かったです。
また、スタッフの手違いで暖房がかかっていて、お部屋はサウナ状態でした。
空気清浄機のフィルターはお手入れランプが点いていました。
洗面所の蛇口はお水に合わせても出なく、お湯の方しか出ませんでした。
チェックアウト時、写真をスタッフに見せて説明しましたが、ただ謝罪をしているだけで、本当に申し訳ないという感じは一切伝わってこなかったのが残念でした。
お盆休みの時期だったからかもしれませんが、早めにチェックインしないと、8時からの朝食の枠がありません。また、朝食時はとても混むので要注意です。

Très bon hôtel. Les chambres avec onsen privatif sont très agréables, ainsi que l'accès à une petite piscine.
Dommage que le jour de notre séjour, le store occultant était cassé, le levé de soleil nous a réveillé très tôt.

食事は朝夕ビッフェでしたが量が少なくなったり無くなったりしてもなかなか補充してもらえず食べれなかったものもいくつかあって残念でした。　お部屋はジュニアスイートでしたが、寝具はとても快適で熟睡できました！アメニティももうしぶんない品揃えでした！

Very nice hotel even though it’s a bit dated. The view from the room and the Hotel onsen was wonderful!

Property is well situated, but was not clean. and did not smell well. very dated place.
