Pros:

Location is really good near restaurant, pharmacy, coffee shop etc.
They have honest staff, i accidentally left my jewelry and they have immediately returned it.

Cons:

They provide old towels , most of the towels they provided has holes.
Dont include the breakfast in your booking it’s disappointing specially there coffee taste like water with just a pinch of coffee, it would be better if you buy ala cart or have breakfast outside.
The AC is literrally align to your head which can not be controlled properly, it did give me a flu.

Pros:

The hotel was acceptable to anything I need: shops , restaurants and malls. The staff were very accommodating and sensible enoughed towards attending my needs. Brilliant team.

Cons:

There's nothing that I didn't like at all. I slept beautifully.

Pros:

The restaurant is very poor food and poor service . I ordered stayed and after like 45minites I called for follow up coz I’m worried maybe the steak is overdone(ordered medium well) and serve not warm anymore but the restaurant answered and called me back sorry that the one who received my order went out (maybe for lunch break because lunch time ) and forgotten to endorse my order. So they asked me to wait for 20minutes .anyways I’m not expecting anymore from the restaurant as the buffet food not really good mygosh. It’s just I feel not well don’t want to go out so no choice to have in room dine in but this what happened.not only food now but also the service is very poor. Even their trash cans are broken inside the room. Tv is so bad.there’s a broken part of the shower room and the door of the shower most of the time is stuck it’s hard to open.

Spacious, comfortable and clean and the room actually came with everything it said it does

excellent customer service
Pros:

what stands out is the excellent customer service - from the receptionist to the guards, housekeeping, nurse, lifeguard, and cafe staff. they are all a pleasure to work with - seems they are happy and well-suited to this line of work - very proactive and even the leaders are not hesitant to roll up their sleeves as needed. it was visible they have good people training here.

initially i thought our stay will already be good value for money but it ended up being more given the new year’s eve celebration and cocktails. this trip is truly worth it and will forever be part of our core memory.

Needs Renovation
Pros:

They gave us 1 queen bed instead of twin beds as originally booked. Parking isn't free, we had to pay 200php for narrow parking and the elevator was slow. Room was clean cold but a little outdated. Still giving 3 stars because the staff members were all courteous.

Slecht hotel en slecht ontbijt

De kamer is ruim

Cons:

De afvoer van de badkamer is niet goed en de douche blijft koud.
Het ontbijt is heel slecht, we hadden alleen wat leftovers. We hebben een hoop geld moeten betalen voor deze kamers, helaas hebben we een erg slechte ervaring opgelopen. De kosten waren 17.300 php voor 2 kamers.

Pros:

Reasonable price. Welcoming and accommodating staff. We stayed in a 2br room. Overall, decent and fully equipped with A/C and TVs in every room.

Cons:

It lacked a few minor things like a dryer and a toaster. We were eventually given one toaster. Room service via a QR code scan. Preferably if it were a card copy. A bit of a walk to the city centre.

Wonderful stay and will come visit again.

The breakfast was satisfying.
Can Add breakfast staple like bacon, sausage, waffle, pancake.
All the staff were accommodating.

Cons:

Better shower door, water won’t flood the bathroom floor.
