Staff was kindly respectful always trying to help with beautiful smile. Location is great can go every beautiful place walking. Thank you jasmine.
No necessary supplements in room. No soap no bathroom supply no tissues in room. When asking will give one piece even though we are 2 person. Bath towels is very dirty full of stains. Breakfast is limited choices.

I had a wonderful stay at Valero Grand Suites and honestly could not have asked for better service. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. Everyone was very accommodating and consistently went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free.
I especially want to recognize Erica, Gwen, and Kevin at the front reception. They were truly exceptional throughout my stay and represented the hotel with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Their communication skills, patience, and attention to detail made every interaction pleasant and effortless. They are outstanding ambassadors for the Valero Grand Suites brand and played a big part in making my experience so memorable.
What I appreciated most was how flexible and understanding the hotel staff were throughout my extended stay. No matter the request, they were always available and happy to assist with a positive attitude. It really made me feel valued as a guest.
I also want to mention their laundry service for guests staying longer than seven days. The pricing was incredibly affordable and such a thoughtful benefit. For what I paid, it almost felt free, which was a pleasant surprise and showed how much they care about providing value and convenience to their guests.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The combination of excellent customer service, kindness, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Valero Grand Suites to anyone visiting Manila, and I would gladly stay there again.
Staff are very kind and accommodating. Service is fast and excellent. Our stay was unforgettable and comfortable. We enjoyed our mother’s bday celebration.

I checked in solo at this hotel, and I was genuinely amazed by the beautiful room view. The room was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable, making my stay truly relaxing. The staff were all accommodating, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more memorable.
A special mention to Erwin, the lifeguard/security staff at the pool , he was incredibly friendly, fun to talk to, and made me feel comfortable even though I was traveling alone. His warm and cheerful personality definitely added to the great experience.
Overall, my stay was truly exceptional ,definitely an 11/10 experience. ☺️
