Nice Budget Stay Near Sabiha Airport
Pros:

Stayed at Skyport Istanbul Hotel for 1 night and it was quite worth it, especially because it’s close to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport. The family room was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Facilities were good and complete. The only downside was the cleanliness, which could be improved, but still acceptable for a short stay. Overall, a convenient place to stay if you have an early flight or transit near the airport.

Proche de l’aéroport

Cons:

Tout sa sentait la cigarette dans toute les chambres ainsi que le nettoyage n’était pas effectuer car il y avait des poils et de l’urine encore

Headline: Huge disappointment. Terrible service for a returning guest.
​I have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this visit will definitely be my last. The service and staff attitude were incredibly disappointing.
​Upon check-in, I asked if it was possible to have two separate beds. I was shocked when the staff demanded an extra charge equal to 50% of the total booking price for 2 nights! After I declined and agreed to stay in a standard double room, I was given a room I had never seen before in this hotel. It was tiny, outdated, and poorly maintained.
​Key issues:
​Plumbing: Water was leaking during the shower, creating a large puddle in front of the sink.
​Amenities: There was only one towel provided for two guests.
​Room Condition: The room felt "stale" and cramped compared to the other rooms I’ve stayed in previously.
​I informed the receptionist that I would not be returning. It is a shame that this hotel treats its loyal guests this way. I do not recommend staying here.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Flughafen. Außerdem waren die meisten Mitarbeiter sowie das übrige Rezeptionspersonal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption während der Frühschicht machte hierbei eine Ausnahme.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir leider mehrere Probleme mit dem Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber, und es standen keine Handtücher zur Verfügung.

Nach unserer ersten Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde das Zimmer zunächst nicht gereinigt. Erst nach einer zweiten Rückmeldung wurde die Reinigung durchgeführt. Allerdings fehlten weiterhin die Handtücher.

Zusätzlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig. Obwohl Einstellungen vorgenommen werden konnten, kam keine spürbare Luft aus der Anlage, sodass das Zimmer insgesamt sehr kalt war.

Wir hoffen, dass hier künftig mehr auf Sauberkeit und Funktionalität geachtet wird, um den Aufenthalt für Gäste angenehmer zu gestalten.
