Gyeonpo Vistahotel

This is my third visit to Gangneung, and I always choose to stay at this hotel. It offers a calm ocean view at a reasonable price. The owners are friendly and always ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for all types of travellers. There’s also a convenience store right below the hotel, making it easy to grab breakfast or a late-night snack anytime.

강릉을 세 번째 방문하면서 항상 이 호텔에 머물고 있습니다. 합리적인 가격에 잔잔한 바다 전망을 즐길 수 있어 참 좋습니다. 호텔 주인분들도 언제나 친절하시고, 시설이 깔끔하게 유지되도록 신경 써 주십니다. 객실은 넓고 쾌적하며 필요한 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어 여행객 누구에게나 추천할 만합니다. 게다가 호텔 1층에 편의점이 있어 아침이나 야식이 필요할 때 매우 편리합니다.

The worst mattress ever. I wasn’t able to sleep at all. It was as hard as concrete. I requested another room but was told they all have the same mattress. The hotel itself is old and a bit run down. There’s no AC in the hallways. The room was old and the balcony view of the ocean also had a great view of high tension power cords right next to the balcony, which is a bit decrepit. Do NOT stay here if you value sleep and comfort.

The hotel is right at the beach, which is great. The beach itself has a toilet facility nearby. The hotel has been renovated recently, and everything is clean. There is a CU on the first floor which is another big plus. The only minus is that restaurants are about 5-10 minute walk.

호텔만 있는 상태... 앞이 해변인 것은 강점. 1층 CU 편의점 있어 그나마..

여러가지 만족합니다.
한가지 아쉬운것은 침대가 조금 불편했네요.
머리에 직접 접촉해야 하는 베개에 곰팡이 자국이 선명하여
불편하였네요
여러가지 신경써서 서비스 하시는듯 하여 감사했습니다

꽤 청결한 편이었고 청소상태 좋아보였습니다

다만 12월 중순에 숙박했는데 방이 춥습니다
추위 많이 타시는 분들은 더 껴입고 자야할것
같습니다

바로앞에 경포해변이라 걸어서 다녀왔고,
객실도 리모델링을 하셨는지 넘 깨끗하고
가족이 묵기에 훌륭한 숙소였습니다.

기대 이상으로 너무너무너무너무 좋았습니다. 외관과 달리 내부 넓고 엄청 깨끗하고 수건/시트 냄새 안나고 모든 것이 가격 대비 완벽!
해안가로 진입할 수 있는 길 바로 앞에 있고 편의점도 건물에 있어서 편리했습니다.
충전기랑 이불 등등 여러가지로 번거롭게 해드렸는데 친절하게 해주셔서 감사했습니다!

The view from room was great. The hotel is also very near to the beach so it was very convenient.

깔끔하게 관리를 하시는구나 생각될 만큼 깨끗하게 청소 정리 되어 있어서 아주 만족해 하면서 숙박했어요. 고층 희망했는데 6층으로 받아서 뷰도 어느 호텔 부럽지 않았어요. 가성비 최고에요. 딱하나 세면대 수압과 다르게 샤워기 수압이 약해요 ㅋㅋ 강릉 가면 재방문이나 주변에 추천해 줘도 좋겠다 싶었습니다.

한번은 가도 다시는 안갈거같은 호텔

숙소에서 길을 건너면, 바로앞에 바다! 숙소에서 보이는 바다뷰~ 1층에, 편의점도 있어 편리해요~ 해수욕을 할꺼면, 최상의 숙소입니다. 이 가격에, 이정도 숙소면 훌륭해요. 다음에 다시올 의향있어요~

Perfect location short walk to beach. We had an ocean view room which was great. Room was modern and clean. Really nice bathroom with all large sized toiletries which are much more eco friendly than small individual bottles. Staff at check in were lovely. Although I don’t speak Korean we were able to understand each other. Bottled water in room and was replaced daily. Towels were a little on the small side but I know that’s common in Korea. Walkable to local food street and convenience store is on site.
