Pros:

Location and building are superb.

Cons:

We booked for a family with 2 bedrooms. After being sent checking in details we were told we could only have 1 room and a sofa bed. This made our sleeping as a family much more difficult. And sadly had a very negative impact on our stay.

Numa, Palazzo San Niccoló, ci é piaciuto tantissimo.
É proprio un' oasi di pace. Ha un bellissimo giardino, che purtroppo con la pioggia in questi giorni, abbiamo soltanto ammirato, ma non goduto.
L'appartamento era pulito, e la comunicazione é
stata ottima.

Pros:

La habitación es tal como es en las fotos. Increíble. Tenía una cocina muy bien equipada para poder cocinar y no hacer todas las comidas fuera. La cama es comodísima y el armario ideal para 2 personas. Teníamos capsulas de café, té y leche para 2 tantas noches como teníamos reservadas y el baño tenía todo lo necesario. El hotel en sí es precioso. Está a 15 minutos andando de todos los landmarks en Florencia y muy bien rodeado de bares y restaurantes buenísimos.

Cons:

No hay nada de personal en todo el hotel. Todos los accesos funcionan con un código y la atención al cliente va con una IA a través de Whatsapp. Es cómodo porque funciona bastante rápido pero algunas veces he echado de menos poder hablar con un humano :(

Chouette hôtel dans un joli quartier
Pros:

Emplacement , confort , originalité.
L'hôtel est beau et la chambre chaleureuse, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier ayant des petits cafés peu touristiques.
L'accès à la bagagerie est aussi très pratique.
Il n y a pas de réception mais un contact rapide et efficace en numérique.

Tarihsel dokunun tertemiz sunuluşu
Pros:

Temizliği, eşyaların yeniliği, sağladıkları ikramlar, herşey çok iyiydi. Her detay düşünülmüş. Otantik havasının yanında herşeyin çok temiz olması çok hoşumuza gitti.
Fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha iyi. Eski görünüm sizi aldatmasın.
Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Cons:

Banyo giderinden su yavaş akıyordu. Bunun dışında herşey güzeldi.
