Grosses Versprechen - Ernüchterung bei der Ankunft
Pros:

Bequemes Bett uns sauberes Zimmer in schönem Haus. Fussläufig zentrumsnah.
Apero im Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Zimmergrösse: angepriesen waren 28 Quadratmeter. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass zwei Koffer nicht ordentlich hingestellt werden konnten. Wir schätzen maximal 18 Quadratmeter. Es hatte auch nur eine Sitzgelegenheit. So macht auch der offerierte Apero keine Freude! Fenster mit Blick gegen Hof und Klimaanlage fürs ganze Haus. Fenster liess sich nicht wirklich schliessen.
Klimaanlage störte in der Nacht.
Äusserst unpersönlich; Kommuniziert wurde nur über WhatsApp und KI generierte Antworten. Wer Hilfe benötigt, muss sich damit begnügen.
Leider wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert, dass das Zimmer in der Zona Limitata liegt. Sobald man diese Zone mit dem PW überfährt, bedeutet dies für Auswärtige eine Busse von Euro 100-200. Im Voraus kann ein Parkplatz in der Garage Ponte Vecchio gebucht werden. Tagespauschale 70 Euro. Dadurch wird die fällige Busse erlassen. Das Hotel war leider nicht fähig und bereit, uns zu helfen (die Abklärung kostete und viel Zeit; nur mit Italienischkenntnissen möglich).
Fazit: Hotelservice unterirdisch.

Firenze da vivere nel suo cuore storico.
Pros:

Bellissima struttura in un palazzo storico non lontano dal quartiere Santa Croce e Ponte Vecchio. Molto rilassante il cortile interno e ottimo il bar ristorante annesso. Infine molto apprezzata la possibilità di appoggio temporaneo ai lockers interni per bagagli. Mi è molto piaciuto inoltre il check-in / out automatici e la chiave elettronica.

Cons:

Pulizia stanza non ottimale, anche se giusto per un po’ di polvere in giro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più spostato sul secondo direi.

Nice building, lovely common areas and the garden is beautiful, truly the highlight of the hotel. The surroundings are calm and still very much in the center. Room was generic but clean and comfortable.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Loved the location, staying in San Niccolo was great and there were awesome restaurants nearby. It was always nice to come back to property and recover in the backyard area.

Cons:

It was hard to get a taxi when we were leaving, and no staff to help since it is essentially staffless, but overall still good.

Il giardino meraviglioso, un piccolo paradiso.

Il palazzo storico ristrutturato ha mantenuto degli splendidi pavimenti e nel complesso è davvero stato ben ristrutturato e arredato per quanto riguarda i locali comuni. Deludente invece l’arredamento della mia camera. Mobilio da mercatino dell’usato, che non rende giustizia alla bellezza del palazzo (ad esempio le sedie ed il tavolo del soggiorno, ne allego foto), il mobiletto con le ruote.. pezzi davvero bruttini. Mi permetto inoltre di segnalare alcuni accorgimenti che potrebbero rendere più confortevole il soggiorno dei clienti: in bagno manca una luce sopra il lavandino, la classica luce allo specchio, soprattutto poiché il bagno è già piuttosto buio. Non c’è un davanzale per sistemare il proprio beauty in bagno, manca un contenitore per dentifricio e spazzolino (mi sono arrangiata con un bicchiere della cucina) e anche un posto dove stendere i teli doccia, quando umidi. In cucina mi ha stupito non trovare le tazzine per il caffè, dato che è stata fornita di macchina per caffè espresso ma solo dei tazzoni da caffè lungo. Complessivamente la camera è piuttosto buia, le luci sono fioche (aprire gli scuri significa non avere privacy.. poiché la finestra del bagno apre su un terrazzo comune allo stesso piano, la finestra della camera da letto apre sul giardino).

Great place to stay while visiting Firenze!!
Pros:

Loved the outside space, the building, the access to laundry, etc…
Loved the Floret..
The climate in the apartment was good, and it was charming.

Cons:

Mattresses were a bit to firm, and could have done without the windows in the floor.

Sin personas, un lugar hermoso no lo es tanto.
Pros:

La belleza del 'hotel' y sus habitaciones así como su patio, su decoración y respeto en la conservación del edificio.

Cons:

El que no hubiera personal, nadie con quien hablar personalmente excepto por chat, que tardaba en algunas ocasiones más de 1 hora. Nos cambiaron el apartamento para 3 parejas (3 hermanos con sus parejas) que habíamos reservado con casi 3 meses de antelación a solo unas 4 horas de nuestra llegada. Cierto es que nos ofrecieron disculpas y bien anular la reserva!!!! Lo que era ilógico con tan poco tiempo, u otras habitaciones, lo que aceptamos, también una indenización del 15% (aún no ha llegado). Además, nos decían que nos mandarían la clave para entrar a las habitaciones a las 7 de la mañana y no lo hicieron hasta las 16:30, con la angustia de no poder hablar con nadie.
