Rustic charm and traditional but all mod cons , tastefully done and a great room ….room 10! Middle top facing the garden
No where to put dirty towels as no one cleaned room , hotel prices but beds not made which was a shame as it’s not an air BnB ! Classed as a hotel
Nuostabi vieta miesto centre. Unikalus interjeras, puiki aplinka su vidiniu kiemeliu. Jei norisi pajusti Florencijos dvasią ne tik mieste, bet ir pastate - rinkitės šį viešbutį. Maloniai nustebino interjero sprendimai, vonios kambariai, patogios lovos, pritaikyta virtuvė ir staigmenis paliktos vuešbučio personalo. Saugu, patogu ir puiku!

It was one of the best stays in my life, definitely coming back
Everything was perfect
It was clean and the location was good
It shows how a precious city like Florence is being sold to massive tourism. We booked the hotel because we didn’t want the airbnb experience. However, we were quite surprised when the first day we went to have breakfast and there was only a “brunch” menu available. We spent 20€ for scramled eggs with bread and a coffee. Very disappointing.
But there’s more to it. I was using a wheelchair and we specifically asked for a room with accessibility and we got one upstairs (there’s no lift). They didn’t even indicate that we would not be getting an accessible room. There is no reception at the hotel so we couldn’t even complain.
Finally, the second day we saw that the rooms were not made, not even the beds. There is a flyer in the rooms that specifically says they make the beds and throw the trash daily. Since there was no reception, we contacted the owners via whatsapp and even when the AI (obviously it was AI) told us we were being transferred to an agent, we continued speaking with AI.
We have just seen that it’s owned by a PE, which obviously tries to reduce costs everywhere, so no surprise we weren’t able to even speak with a real person.
So disappointing. Please avoid. These places only favor massive tourism and damage the city.
Loved the key pad entry and the room and amenities were perfect.
Only downside was there’s no pool and it was a heatwave when we stayed but that’s my fault as I didn’t notice when I booked.
Really cool place, near the city centre. You have everything you need, and the place is well organised and fully digitalised. They surprised us with snacks, sodas and water. The bed was really comfortable.

Не сразу стало понятно , где брать новые полотенца и будет ли производиться уборка. Из за отсутствия персонала на месте , а только поддержки в чате , не всегда все было сразу понятно.
Great location and a lot of local places around without the tourist hassle of the city.
Not having a lift was inconvenient for those traveling with baggage.
The courtyard and walled garden was fantastic for the whole group of families and friends. The laundrette was very well stocked and an excellent facility travelling with young children.
Allthe staff in the hotel and café were helpful and friendly.

The garden is peaceful
I’d stayed at the property before, but since the property if managed by Numa the service and quality has gone down drastically. The rooms were terrible - dark and at the back of the building. The other reviews were correct - beware the rooms are not as they appear. An “apartment” is advertised but has no kitchen or even table. Dark and stuffy rooms! The units are also not cleaned while you are there - so for 10 days at that price, it’s shocking. Before it was always great but unfortunately now I’ll never stay there again. The staff on the ground are lovely, however dealing with the Numa chats are bots and impersonal - not helpful at all! Total waste of money and not great memories!!
