Un lugar de encanto
Pros:

Nos encantó el hotel y sus instalaciones, la habitación y las camas cómodas, café, microondas, lavaplatos, todo lo necesario para el baño. Un lugar de encanto. Tiene excelente almacén de equipaje.

Cons:

La relación con el hotel poco cálida, nos retrasaron casi 2 horas el check in notificando tarde.

Pros:

Good location, nice building and it was nice to be able to use luggage storage before check in and good coffee machine in room

Cons:

Double bed was two single mattresses combined which is not comfortable for a couple and disappointing as room seemed designed for couples
Fancy double 2 person shower looked good but however unable to get both working simultaneously so not able to enjoy and the showers were not good at switching between rain shower head and hand held - better to have one decent shower than 2 not so good ones, again disappointing
The nature of the building being an old stone design meant noise did carry from stairwell so quite loud however ear plugs were provided.

Pros:

La proximité du centre historique et le charme de L hôtel. Les lits confortables .

Cons:

La douche du haut juste devant le lavabo rendant impossible l accès aux toilettes sans marcher dans l eau .
La douche du bas avec uniquement un pommeau pluie. Il manque un pommeau afin de ne pas mouiller ses cheveux a chaque douche.

Good location and room, however the noise and lack of sleep ruined a lot of the experience unfortunately.
Pros:

The outdoor space was lovely, and the room was clean and a good size. It had good amenities and lots of storage for luggage.

Cons:

On the first night there was a ridiculous amount of noise coming from above, it went on from about 9.30pm for a couple hours. Eventually we contacted Numa via WhatsApp and they said they were sending someone over soon. Myself and my partner tried to go to sleep, we were woken up at 12.30am by loud banging on our door from the police. This was quite scary and turns out the hotel had sent them without giving us warning. This situation was ridiculous and was handled so badly in our opinion. Every night after it was so noisy and really difficult to get to sleep. There was also a lot of noise in the morning waking us up, including the noise from the cafe attached downstairs. The walls and ceilings must be very thin.

Bien, petit déjeuner à ne pas souscrire en même temps que l’hébergement.
Pros:

Le calme de la situation géographique , l’espace du mini appartement, le patio disponible, le cadre architectural.

Cons:

Deux ou trois petits points … :
- une porte coulissante de la salle de bain EXTRÊMEMENT bruyante ( à priori nous n’étions pas les seuls à avoir cette contrainte 😉)
- il manque des patères à l’entrée pour déposer des manteaux mouillés par exemple ou dans la salle de bain.
- le partenariat avec le restaurant adjoint pour le petit dej semble super sur le papier mais quand on propose 3 sortes de petit dej et que le premier se compose d’un Kfé, d’un jus de fruit et d’une viennoiserie pour 14€… ce commentaire n’enlève rien à la qualité du personnel du lieu qui est adorable

Buena ubicación, lugar buenísimo armado y habitación como muestra en fotos.
Pros:

Nos pareció un lugar increíble, como está armado todo el espacio, tiene una cafetería dentro la cual amamos, el parque, los lockers para dejar las valijas. La habitación estaba impecable como mostraba en las fotos, buena cocina, ducha, cama, calefacción, balcón. Todo increíble. El hecho de llegar y poner un código para ingresar y que nadie nos tenga que estar esperando a nosotros nos pareció súper práctico y bueno. Buena ubicación

Cons:

La única cosa que no nos gustó fue tener que cargar tres pisos de escalera las valijas. Le falta un ascensor y sería perfecto. Aunque por hacerlo dos veces, una cuando entras y otra cuando salís tampoco es tan terrible.
