Welcoming staff! We arrived after midnight and were greeted with a warm welcome! Although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed the view of the balloons from the terrace in the mornimh as well as breakfast.
Its nice to have bottled water included in the room after a day of traveling.

Great central location in Goreme
Pros:

The view of the balloons in the morning was beautiful from the roof terrace restaurant. The breakfast was the best yet, with many selections which changed each morning. Staff were helpful in arranging tours around the area and beyond. They've just opened another hotel nearby (Noah's Arc) that is even nicer.

Cute place - kind of dark if you are in a cave room. We had 2 rooms, one right under where they have breakfast the other right by the door where everyone walks by to go to breakfast. VERY NOISY. they did give us a later checkout so that was nice. Sometimes I think when you book through a third party they give you the worst rooms.

Il prezzo è troppo alto per il livello dell hotel. Reception minuscola, nessuna area comune se non il terrazzo, bello ma freddo in questo periodo. Stanza minuscola, praticamente senza finestre. E rumorosa. Niente Wi-Fi ne acqua calda. Buona la colazione sul bel terrazzo.

nice room and generally courteous service by the manager. However the manger plainly refused to listen to a complaint which we had about an additional activity we bought from him. This activity was a dinner night.

Mükemmel bir butik otel, çok güzel restore edilmiş, tertemiz. Merkezin ortasında ve çok sessiz, rahat. Kahvaltı terasından Göreme manzarası bir harika. Işletmeciler ve çalışan arkadaşlar misafirperver e güler yüzlü insanlar. Kapadokya'ya ilk kez geldiğimizi söylediğimizde anında güzel tavsiyeler aldık, profesyonel rehber kıvamında bir program çizildi kalacağımız iki günümüz için.

Arkadaşlarımla çok memnun kaldık, hiçbir sorun çıkmadı!

Great unique cave hotel.
Pros:

Osmanbey Cave Hotel was a clean, friendly and unique boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central and the bathroom was big and beautiful. Breakfast was on the top terrace with a beautiful view.

This hotel is situated in the best location. It's perfect for shopping as it has souvenirs shops everywhere.

The hotel itself is beautiful. We had room 201 and 202. It was a nice and spacious room with a sitting area and 2 bedrooms. One room had a queen bed, and the other had a queen bed and 2 singles. My parents and my kids were in that room. My husband and I were in the other. The space has a small kitchen, with a full fridge, a sink and a gas stove. Very convenient for a family with grandparents. The bathrooms are amazing. Each room had their own.

If you want a cave experience then this hotel is amazing. The staff there is really good. Anything you ask, they will accommodate you within minutes. The breakfast is really good as well, typical Turkish Breakfast, which is more than enough. I am planning on going back to Osmenbey Hotel in the near future.

The only negative thing I would have to say is that the beds are really hard. And the pillows are not great. Also, the internet was patchy, and that' bc you are in cave.
