Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns das gebuchte zimmer nicht vermieten obwohl ich über booking die Reservierungsbestätiegung hatte und auch eine Bestätigung des hotels im Gespräch wurde mir von ihr durch die blume gesagt das sie mir das zimmer nicht geben will auf Grund meiner herkunft
