Great hotel, great location. We loved staying at the Albergo Firenze.
Pros:

Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. The person at the front desk was amazing, she helped us buy train tickets and was so very helpful in many ways. Loved our stay there.

Le personnel du déjeuner et de l'accueil très souriant. Un beau buffet avec de bons capuccino. Très bien situé.

Cons:

Bruits dans la cour et dans le couloir. Cheveux longs noirs retrouvés dans les draps et un essuie. Il manque une machine à café. Il manque un porte-manteau. Pas beaucoup de cintres surtout dans la petite armoire où on savait aussi pendre, là, il n'y en avait pas du tout. La douche, un peu petite. S'il n'y avait pas de bidet, on pourrait mettre une plus grande douche.

Wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

The location is brilliant. The breakfast is amazing and has everything including fruits, croissants, pastries, scrambled eggs and bacon, cappuccinos and more. You are a two minute walk to ferry stop and right in the middle of everything The staff are wonderful, in particular Dascha at breakfast, always welcoming and so helpful with a beautiful smile. We were able to have an early check in. Our room looked over the square.

Cons:

The patrons in the square tend to stay late for dinner and are noisy, but you can overcome this by closing the shutters and closing the window. This would not deter me from staying in the same room again.

Love this place
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and our room had a beautiful view on the square. The location is perfect and like 30seconds from the water. Check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend
