Thoroughly enjoyable stay at an excellent hotel.
Pros:

Location only a stone’s throw from the lake. Close to the centre with plenty of places to eat nearby. Good breakfast.

Excellently located property in a typical, traditional style. Very clean and tidy.
Pros:

Excellent location just 2 mins from the lake front and boats and easy walking distance (10 mins) from train stations. From San. Giovanni just head down the steps and keep going in a straight line and you come to the attractive restaurants located all around Piazza Volta, where the hotel is located. Room very clean and tidy and recently redecorated.

Cons:

Don't expect fancy reception and common areas or large rooms - but typical for this type of hotel in Italy. One small lift. Awkward access for a car driver - it's in a pedestrian area so arrangements have to be made for off site parking and avoidance of fines. Only two English language TV stations that I could find - CNN and DW news channels.

Buen hotel, sin lujos, pero muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Sin duda, tiene una ubicación excelente. Rodeado de restaurantes, comercios, mut cerca del embarcadero, a poca distancia de las estaciones de tren y paradas de autobús, etc. Las camas eran cómodas, el aseo con ducha muy práctica, armario.

Great heating system and AMAZING LOCATION.
Would have loved to stay longer
