Well located on a pedestrianised square with easy access to old town centre, restaurants and shops. Great size room and good shower.
Bit dated inside. AC wasn’t working and room very hot but maybe because it was early April and it hadn’t been turned on yet.

The location, overlooking the square is lovely, and good for access to the lake, bars and restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good, with a variety for all tastes.
The room was a good size, and the bed was large and comfortable.
The square is very noisy at night, so this is sometjhing to consider when booking here.
We had a very good experience at Albergo Firenze and would happily stay here again. The location is hard to beat, right in Piazza Volta, within easy walking distance of the train station, the lake, and the ferry area.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed for a pleasant stay.
A solid option in Como that we would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Albergo Firenze in Como and were very satisfied with our choice. The location is excellent, right in Piazza Volta, close to the train station, the lake, and the ferry departure point, which made getting around very easy.
The room was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and we even had a lovely view over Piazza Volta.
The staff was kind and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
We truly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Room is small, shower hot water slow and pressure is low, storage facilities are too small for 2 Adults

La chambre mobilier desuet. Pas de machine à café ou Thé. Dans le mini bar tout payant. Même pas 1 bouteille d eau gratuite.

Tosi ystävällinen henkilökunta. Oli ihanaa kun huomioivat syntymäpäivän.Aamiaisella tuli kakkupala onnittelulauluineen syntymäpäivän kunniaksi henkilökunnalta joka oli aivan ihana yllätys. Kiva näkymä huoneesta ja hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla
Huone ei ollut sama kuin bookinin kuvauksessa mutta oli varustukseltaan sama
Viesnīca bija izcili tīra, sakopta. Atrodas pašā centrā, 5 min attālumā no vilciena stacijām un prāmju piestātnēm. Personāls ļoti laipns. Lai gan istabiņā nav elektriskā tējkanna, recepcijā laipni piedāvās karstu ūdeni kanniņā. Piekļuve augšējiem stāviem ir iespējama gan ar liftu, gan pa kāpnēm.
Brokastis bagātīgas.
Dušā dušas klausules statīvs mazliet izļurkājies. Brokastīs varēja būt vairāk dārzeņus un salātus piedāvāt.
