Excelente hotel para recorrer Como y su lago
Pros:

La ubicación, la.amplitud y comodidad de la habitacion, buen desayuno. Todo el personal amable, principalmente en recepción y la sra.encargada del desayuno, que me sirvió el capuccino con mi nombre!

Cons:

Un poco de ruido de la calle.

Dovrebbero avvisare prima rispetto alla ZTL: come muoversi per poter arrivare e dove si trova il parcheggio convenzionato

Excelente opción para recorrer este paraíso que es Como
Pros:

La ubicación excepcional, en piazza Volta a 50 mts del Duomo, a 100 mts del lago y como todo el casco antiguo de Como, de cientos de restaurantes.
La habitación cómoda, con buen aire acondicionado porque hacía mucho calor y excelente confort.
El desayuno bueno, completo, los chicos de recepción atentos.
El estacionamiento está a 250 mts y ofrecen un 10% de descuento por convenio con el hotel
Un comentario importante para quienes vengan en auto. Vayan directamente al estacionamiento, dejen el coche y caminen con el equipaje por calle Giulio Rubini directo a piazza Volta ( son 250 mts) y ahí ya verán el hotel en uno de los lados porque como el hotel está en casco antiguo, si se pone en el navegador la dirección del hotel hay que entrar con el auto a zona peatonal, nos pasó eso y fue un infierno. De todos modos después en recepción dan otro ticket con el cual se paga y se retira el auto al final de la estadía

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron primero era linda, con baño amplio solo que fue reservada y pagada como doble pero al llegar notamos que la cama era más pequeña que lo habitual, con una sola mesa de luz por lo cual y sobre todo al ver que las de nuestros amigos, teóricamente de las mismas características y precio era más amplia y verdaderamente doble, nos quejamos, aceptaron la queja y nos cambiaron a otra que si era doble, con cama más amplia y mesa de luz de cada lado aunque esta última no tenía buen wifi. Pensamos que primero nos dieron una simple por si pasaba. De todos modos tampoco nos redujeron el precio.
Salvo ese detalle, que no empaña para nada la estadía y que tampoco impide el regreso al mismo hotel, todo lo demás fue positivo

Awesome hotel
Pros:

Incredible location. Easy to walk anywhere you need in Como. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The room was spacious and had everything I needed.

Cons:

I had an attic room. The locks on both of the shades on the windows were broken so you could not keep the light or heat out. I’m not sure how long the room was empty before I arrived but it took more than 12 hours before the room was cool enough to sit in it without sweating. The AC cannot keep up well in the summer heat.
