O atendimento na recepção, no café, na limpeza e no check-out foi excelente em todos os aspectos. Sobre a localização, no meu caso e para o meu objetivo, foi perfeita!!

Quanto ao silêncio do quarto, tenho uma sensibilidade auditiva particular, razão pela qual reconheço tratar-se de uma percepção subjetiva. Entendo, inclusive, que esse aspecto pode variar conforme a configuração, arquitetura e disponibilidade do hotel.
O quarto em que me hospedei ficava muito próximo aos motores de ar-condicionado — havia um na parede de fundo e outro ao lado da porta de entrada —, o que, para a minha sensibilidade, acabou sendo bastante incômodo.
Ressalto que essa observação é direcionada especialmente a pessoas com maior sensibilidade a ruídos contínuos.

Ótima recepção e cuidado dos funcionários. O local tem uma pegada de arquitetura antiga, bem bonito no meu ver. Café da manhã excelente, ótimo custo benefício.

Cons:

O banheiro poderia ter box, e as camas faziam um pouco de barulho algumas, por serem antigas, nada que tirasse o Sono.

Banheiro do quarto precisa de uma reforminha, o tom amarelo vivo das paredes dentro dos quartos é muito agoniante, cheio de umidade muito forte, luz muito fraca, pelo menos tinha um ar condicionado.
