Pros:

Мені дуже сподобався сніданок. Також хочу позитивно відмітити ліжка - дуже зручно. Персонал -перевершив мої очікування. Також сподобався спосіб подачі чаю із короткими цитатами на папері, що додатково дало можливість весело провести час перекладаючи і обговорюючи цитати з листочків

Excelente opção em Coimbra, com ótima localização, quarto amplo e equipe prestativa!
Pros:

Quarto muito amplo, próximo a todas as atrações da cidade. A equipe é extramente simpática e prestativa. A decoração do quarto, combina com a tematica da cidade, tranzendo como inspiração escritores.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema com a água quente no quarto (que acabou no meio do banho). Tivemos que esperar 45 minutos para a água quente retornar. Considerando que é um quarto para quatro pessoas, a capacidade do reservatorio de água quente deveria ser maior. Nossa hospedagem foi no inverno, e este foi um ponto que atrapalhou bastante. A comida do restaurante também deixou a desejar pelo valor pago (esperava bem mais).

Staff, decoração, peq. almoço e conforto do quarto estava muito bom.

Cons:

Fiquei sem água quente após 5 min. e o meu companheiro não conseguiu tomar banho. As cortinas não conseguiam tapar a luz natural porque tinha o mecanismo de abertura estragado. Alguma sugidade nos cantinhos menos à vista.

Boa, mas poderia ser ótima caso houvesse água quente ilimitada.
Pros:

O hotel tem ótima localização, pequeno almoço muito bom e um ambiente bem legal. Tem tudo para ser um hotel nota 10. O problema (grave) é a água quente ter limite de uso. Éramos eu, minha esposa e meus filhos e já na segunda pessoa a tomar banho a água já estava ficando fria. Lembrando que estamos no inverno e a temperatura estava a 0 grau.

Cons:

Chuveiro com limite de água quente em um hotel tão bom quanto este é inaceitável.

Nao ter nada no mini bar do quarto para comer ou beber.
E no cafe da manha nao poder servir seu proprio cafe e nao ter cafe expresso. Falta flexibilidade no serviço de redtaurante para comer coisas mais simples a noite

Ótima experiência, um pouco caro para o que oferece
Pros:

O hotel é super bem localizado, o café da manhã é bem servido.
Os quartos são espaçosos e bem equipados com cozinha

Cons:

A equipe não é muito simpática, todas as vezes que precisamos de ajuda nos trataram com cara fechada, embora mas resolveram nossos problemas.

No banheiro o box do chuveiro não fecha direito e toda vez que tomávamos banho o piso do banheiro todo ficava encharcado
