Simply outstanding.
Pros:

The hotel is perfect. The staff is very professional, polite and kind. They really pay attention to the details, and the needs of their guests. Simply outstanding. The location is excelent. Close to the historic centre, to the University (UNESCO heritage), to the downtown and the wonderul river bank.
The room is outstanding. The year is an ideal space to relax.
In short, if you are looking for the ideal place to stay in Coimbra, book this hotel. It is definetely worthed.

Cons:

Nothing to mention! I simply liked everything. The serive is perfect. The location is perfect. No negative aspect to report. Everything is great.

Comfortable and bright room. The staff need to speed up the check in process. Food only ok.
Pros:

It was a nice looking place and the room was large and bright.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. Not a great selection or particularly tasty. The check-in process took 45 minutes. The bathroom was a strange pod in the middle of my room. It was quite a hike up from the town. Not ideal unless you are ready to climb a steep hill.

Beautiful, Clean and Wonderful Staff
Pros:

Nestled in the heart of the university this property is a true gem! We had everything we needed and it was a short walk from our conference meeting place and all the best locations in Coimbra!
