Breakfast is good.
Location is perfect, near the freeway.
Very accessible fast food places near the hotel.
Employees very helpful.
Happy employees,
Easy to adjust room temperature.
Spacious bathroom

Cons:

Room not well lit.
Not much toiletries in the bathroom.
From the hotel, it's hard to make a left turn to the street, too many cars both directions. A traffic light can help.
No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Pros:

Customer service!! Excellent customer service will win each time. Greeted as soon as I walked in the sliding doors with a genuine smile. Check in process was smooth, and easy. This was my return stay to make the first stay wasnt a fake experience. The front desk clerk really provide amazing customer service.

Short story it was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place.
Pros:

It was a very clean place and the staff was friendly and happy. The breakfast was fantastic, it had everything you could possibly want for a brea l fast. They also have a to go bag so you can take some fruit or yogurt for later.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like everything was great!!!!

Friendly, clean, quiet & good breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff and very helpful manager, Justin, who shipped an item cross-country for me after his employee located it in lost and found. Quiet, clean, good breakfast, and even real half-n-half (in a fridge), which is increasingly rare in chain hotels.

Pros:

Stayed for fly-in at Triple Tree and this was a good location. Not too far of a drive. Queen beds were nice instead of full size beds. Free parking. Breakfast was good variety.
