Adequate but nothing special.
Pros:

Convenient location. Room upon check-in very clean. Staff pleasant. Bed comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast very mediocre
Room not cleaned; towels not replaced.

Pros:

The property itself was ok. The location was nice. We were very close to FAMU, shopping and the eatery.

Cons:

The room didn’t feel as clean as we would like. The floors were sticky and Pauline was very rude from Housekeeping. We’ve stayed at other Tru hotels and this one didn’t impress us the way the others have.

Volveremos!!!
Pros:

Es excelente!!! Instalacion, limpieza, staff, un desayuno super variado, saludable y delicioso.
Fue nuestra primera vez a la ciudad y las proximas repetiremos el Hotel. Lo recomiendo 100 %. Me senti como en casa!!!

Tener que irme, de veras.

I like the hotel and would book again!
Pros:

I like the way space in the room is used. Quiet fridge. Window shade options. Room temp control. Room seems fresh, no odd odors. Very functional guest friendly lobby. Excellent staff interactions. Good location for me.

Cons:

The elevators and how they are functioning with floor stops is a mystery. They seem to take a long time to arrive and a lot of "back and forth" noise is heard while waiting.

Pros:

Room was nice. Liked having the small fridge and a nice rolling chair. Shower and the bathroom soaps, etc. were really nice too. Really enjoyed having coffee and hot tea available in the lobby all the time too. Enjoyed the yogurt, fruit and nuts for breakfast and the small pastries as well. Good choices in the market saved us a trip or two for snacks.

Everything was good for us.
