The entire facility was very clean & there were so many amenities. The toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion) smelled so good & feel so nice. The breakfast was delicious & there was a great variety.

Cons:

The rooms are small, but the space is used quite efficiently. There is no microwave in the room, but there are a couple downstairs.

Very loud I heard banging all night. loud thumps and music..We got only about 3 hours of sleep. Very noisey

Pros:

The property itself was ok. The location was nice. We were very close to FAMU, shopping and the eatery.

Cons:

The room didn’t feel as clean as we would like. The floors were sticky and Pauline was very rude from Housekeeping. We’ve stayed at other Tru hotels and this one didn’t impress us the way the others have.
