Came to town for graduation. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Perfect location, close to eating and shopping.

Great location and staff but I will not stay there again.
Pros:

A message on the TV welcomed me. Breakfast —Scrambled eggs were not very good but everything else was. Lots of bread choices. The fitness center was good. At check-in I got a gift bag with water/popcorn.

Cons:

There were photos of a swimming pool but the property did not have one. I had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi. My room had an odd odor

I am still waiting for my deposit That I was suppose to receive right away Totally unprofessional staff No one told me that I would need a deposit NO ONE once I checked in The deposit was taken from my credit card WITHOUT my knowledge or concent I found out about the deposit once I checked out TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
