Pros:

Good location in the Hi-Tech Zone. Room size is big and good service. Staffs are friendly.

Bathroom entrance door construction unfinished. Very limited breakfast for foreign guests. Reception staff with very poor English.

Pros:

It was my second time checking in this hotel as I've had a wonderful experience first time, but I have to say I'm utterly disappointed this time. The staff at check-in was not helpful at all, I have already fully prepaid for my whole reservation yet I was asked to pay the whole amount plus the deposit again upon check in because the hotel was failed to get the money from Expedia system, and they ask the customer to take the responsibility! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!
Furthermore, the room we checked in was extremely hot even with the air conditioning on, it turned out that the AC was actually not working right and it took me an hour to ask them for a solution to change another room for us.
I don't know how they managed to train the staff differently cause from the way I was treated at two different times, it's totally two standards.
I would think very carefully whether I will take chance to choose Holiday Inn Baoji Central next time there.

Pros:

The room was spacious with a great view, I'm sure I got updated as there weren't many checking in during those days. The staff at the front dest upon chech-in was very helpful and friendly, tried his best to meet my requests. Room service was prompt and thoughtful, would totally recommend anyone who visiting Baoji, however it isn't very centrally located so probably perfect for those who come with a car.
