Great room and stay but problems with payment and checking in was a little frustrating
Pros:

The hotel itself was great.

Cons:

When we arrived our payment was showing as not paid then the computers went down and we were left with not knowing what hotel room was booked for us. The receptionist was very helpful and apologetic but we waited around 25 min to get a room. When we can checked out it again showed we had not paid so I paid for the room but ended up getting charged twice. When I went back later that day I was told a manager would need to handle this. I called the next day and was told the manager was out for a little bit and would call back. I didn’t hear anything so I called back the next day and was told the manager would be back after the weekend. When the manager came in 3 days later it was handled without calling me. I called and they were apologetic telling me that it was a rare occurrence. All is good but it was definitely frustrating having to deal with it for 5 days after arriving home.

Pros:

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard! The bathroom sink had a trickle of water from the faucet. Kitchen sink was fine! Shower head should be replaced. Enormous amount of water running out of head but not in spray. Adjusting the head didn’t help! Staff was great!!

Pros:

This hotel was amazing! The room and hotel common area were very clean, breakfast was good, and the hotel staff were extremely professional and friendly. We were bummed we only had one night to stay here.

Pros:

Everything was as it should be, clean and organized. Was not a fan of the price gouging on the room price for Family weekend at Auburn, but the price was better than others.
