Not interested in staying again.
Pros:

It was very convenient, but as far as reserved parking, there was a ground-level parking lot accessible to anyone

Cons:

The pillows gave my wife a severe crick in her neck. They are large and moderately stiff. Also the "hot" breakfast was a first. There was a small variety of options: an egg "patty," chicken or pork sausage (the warmer had already dried out the pork patty). Compared to Homewood Suites, where we stayed the next evening, it made Homes 2 Suites very basic.

Excellent, relaxing and enjoyable, friendly stay.
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast choices, nice room setup including the kitchenette with everything provided dish detergent, towels, full size refrigerator, good cable channels, business center available, fitness center. Security code access

Cons:

The food for sell at the front desk was very over priced.

Everything we needed.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were incredible. Anything we needed they were already ahead of us and and had it available. Breakfast was amazing as well

Cons:

There is nothing really I could even complain about or recommend. The hotel was everything our family needed.

Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable, compréhensif et compétent les chambres sont spacieuses bien organisé et lumineuse. Une rapidité pour exécuter des travaux qu en France nous ne savons pas faire.

Cons:

Je n ai pas eu de point négatif dans cette établissement, nous y avions déjà passés 2 semaine en mars avant de reprendre cette réservation, que nous avons dû également écourter pour pouvoir rentrer en France suite à notre décalage de vol

Great room and stay but problems with payment and checking in was a little frustrating
Pros:

The hotel itself was great.

Cons:

When we arrived our payment was showing as not paid then the computers went down and we were left with not knowing what hotel room was booked for us. The receptionist was very helpful and apologetic but we waited around 25 min to get a room. When we can checked out it again showed we had not paid so I paid for the room but ended up getting charged twice. When I went back later that day I was told a manager would need to handle this. I called the next day and was told the manager was out for a little bit and would call back. I didn’t hear anything so I called back the next day and was told the manager would be back after the weekend. When the manager came in 3 days later it was handled without calling me. I called and they were apologetic telling me that it was a rare occurrence. All is good but it was definitely frustrating having to deal with it for 5 days after arriving home.
