Excelente localização porém péssimo atendimento ao hóspede

A localização é excelente e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

O custo-benefício deixa a desejar para a categoria. A cama de casal tem molas muito soltas, tornando o descanso desconfortável, já que qualquer movimento de um lado faz a cama toda balançar. O hotel não possui estacionamento próprio e a rua em frente tem vaga paga.

O ponto mais crítico foi o barulho e a falta de gestão de hóspedes. Uma família hospedada no quarto em frente ao nosso passou a estada gritando pelos corredores procurando a criança, inclusive às 6h da manhã. O barulho no lobby também era alto e constante. Ao relatar o problema na recepção, a funcionária informou que não faria nada pois ela não estava incomodada com o barulho. Levamos a situação à gerência, mas também fomos ignorados e nenhum posicionamento foi tomado. Falta de empatia e despreparo total da equipe no atendimento.

toda la estancia fue excelente salvo lo que puse antes ..

Histórica. Muy limpia. La atiende toda muy buena gente. Los chicos de recepción son divinos y la señora del desayuno muy atenta.

Me decepcionó el hotel
Pros:

Creo que lo único bueno es el personal

Cons:

Mucho ruido en las habitaciones, ósea se escuchaba todo lo de al lado.
La camas era muy chicas, a mi novia le desapareció un cepillo de pelo.
No había tacho de basura.
Lo que era el precio me pareció caro al ser 3 estrellas.
