Une adresse d’exception, une parenthèse hors du temps
Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner deux nuits dans ce magnifique établissement, et l’expérience a été absolument remarquable.
L’accueil est chaleureux, attentionné et d’une grande élégance. Dès les premiers instants, on se sent privilégié et véritablement bien reçu.
La chambre est superbe, confortable et parfaitement entretenue, avec une literie d’excellente qualité qui nous a offert un sommeil des plus agréables. Les lieux sont d’une grande beauté, soignés avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour créer une atmosphère à la fois élégante, apaisante et totalement dépaysante.
Le petit déjeuner mérite également une mention particulière : excellent, et préparé avec beaucoup de soin.
Nous avons adoré cette parenthèse enchantée, qui nous a véritablement donné l’impression de voyager ailleurs. Une adresse pleine de charme et d’âme, que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.
Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Overall, it's a great comfortable 5 star hotel. We stayed in 5 stars TA hotels before and this one will probably be our favorite.
The best thing about the hotel is that it's quite and private. Not as spacious as some of it's competitors, but very unique in how comfortable and cozy you feel inside.
Facilities are very good. Rooms are clean and luxurious, with attention to details some very prominent 5* chains can learn from. My wife approved the bathroom, which every traveler knows is always the most important thing.
Breakfasts are high quality and tasty. Again, probably the best hotel breakfast we've had in TA just in terms of attention to details and the quality of cooking.
The George & John restaurant is fantastic! It's one of the very few places in the city you can actually eat in peace. The atmosphere dictates respect and people talk calmly — not a given even for the best restaurants in TA. True European vibes, and the kitchen clears the bar too. Service was great and it was totally worth it.
Daniella was a great concierge and helped us a lot with her recommendations.
Russian speaking cleaning ladies made our day with their approach and quality of service, they are amazing! :)
Metrodotel was also very professional and welcoming, especially during check-out. Such details create the feeling of welcomeness. We will be back.
- we told hotel that we had a small personal anniversary, but got a note with "happy birthday” on it. Unforced mistake and felt strange.
- way to much onion in the egg salad. I would question the decision to put onion in there at all, but even if you do, it's preferred to use less. Waaay to much onion on the first day, better but still too much on the second.
- ridiculously inconvenient coffee cup for cappuccino. Did anyone from hotel actually try to drink coffee from it, especially while hot? It's possible, but it's just not something you would want to do twice. Weirdly, the same goes for tea cups as well.
Prachtig gebouw, met geschiedenis, vriendelijk en behupzaam medewerkers. Echt een aanrader.

The location, lake of pool. It is with very hi standart but facilitues are limited.
At the resption they tald us to use every thing in the room even the mini bar. I asked everything??? They answer-yes. We used the wine and it was added to my bill

מעבר למקום שנעים ומושקע גם בפרטים הקטנים, יותר מגבות יותר סבון ועוד. יותר מים יותר בכל מה שנדרש ובלי לשלם.
כשאתה ממתין ומזמינים אותך לקפה באופן אישי אתה מרגיש רצוי ולא מנוצל.
הכל טעים טרי מוגש ונגיש, חוויה נהדרת מומלצת ומתקנת את כל מה שאפשר לחשוב על מלון בארץ.
כן וזה אפשרי.
