Vorzeitiger Check in nach Anfrage war gar kein Problem

Hotel für einen schönen und barrierefreien Aufenthalt in Uster.
Pros:

Das barrierefreie Zimmer mit bodenebener Dusche und erhöhter Toilette hat mir besonders gefallen.

Cons:

Mir hat ein Garten zum Verweilen gefehlt. Ausserdem hat der Self-Check-in nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert.

Chambre très agréable mais infernale en terme de chaleur pendant la canicule.

Chambre très agréable, le café est très bon et le personnel très avenant.

Cons:

L'hôtel ne dispose malheureusement pas d'une climatisation. J'étais au rez-de-chaussée pendant la canicule et je ne pouvais pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit. Les nuits étaient infernales en terme de chaleur. Ce qui m'a dérangé est d'avoir une porte en verre transparente à la salle de bain / toilette. Une table de plus sur la terrasse serait bien.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Es gibt morgens Croissants, Kaffee und Saft. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich geräumig,sehr sauber, mit einer Küchenzeile, einer kleinen Nespresso-Kaffeemachine, einem Kühlschrank und Geschirr.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage und es wird im Sommer sehr warm drinnen.

Ein schönes Zimmer, alles in sehr gutem Zustand und in sehr guter Lage. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Bei den aktuellen Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage nett. Immerhin konnte man sich einen Ventilator ins Zimmer stellen, das war super.

Overall very good. I would book it again. I wish we had a larger bed.
Pros:

Very Clean, quiet and convenient location.

Cons:

I booked a small double room but the “double bed” was small. it was not a standard double bed. I was with my little daughter so we have managed. But for two adults the bed is too small in my opinion.
The room capacity is labeled for two adults and one child maximum. I don’t think that is possible.

Als ich ankam, wollte man mich nicht empfangen, weil ich aus einem anderen Land komme. Man weigerte sich, mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten, und ich stand mittellos auf der Straße! Hier treiben sich Betrüger herum, die ausländische Kunden ausnutzen wollen!
