Overall a good stay and a good breakfast in the morning.
Pros:

The location was superb parking at the back with a charge

Cons:

Just a bit disappointed with room was positioned at the back room 11 could hear a noisy fan on a restaurant which we were over windows had to be opened because of the hot weather so I suppose in cooler Months the window would be closed so wouldn’t be as noisy .

Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The room was beautiful and the food was really good.

Cons:

We had a radiator in the ensure which was set to extremely hot in the heatwave but we me tinned it to reception and it was sorted immediately.

Great stay in a cosy hotel that ticked all the boxes
Pros:

Really cute and cosy little hotel in the middle of Keswick town. Room and bedding were spotless, large bathroom and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was the best we’ve had - superb menu choice for hot options and everything we needed in the cold buffet. Huge portions too! We ate dinner in the hotel both nights and the food was fabulous, excellent menu, piping hot and really generous portions. Had a great stay, the staff were friendly and made us and the dog so welcome

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Located in the centre of Keswick. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, good choice.

Cons:

Low lighting level in bedroom but bathroom lighting good. Need a better mirror on the table the room for hair dryer use due to position of socket and cable length.

Love this hotel !!! Comfortable ans clean, with great staff !!!! Situated in a perfect location ❤️

Location is fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and clean (as always, we have used the hotel on several occasions)
