Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Located in the centre of Keswick. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, good choice.

Cons:

Low lighting level in bedroom but bathroom lighting good. Need a better mirror on the table the room for hair dryer use due to position of socket and cable length.

Location is fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and clean (as always, we have used the hotel on several occasions)

Lovely stay bedroom on the back we would have preferred on the front of the property.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, conscience and nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

The room was small and stuffy even though the window was open all the time. The fire alarm went off at 10 pm. I tried to call reception 3 times , no one answered and did not call me back. The food was expensive, in my opinion very overpriced.

The staff were amazing. We left a set of keys and the staff posted them back to us straight away
