An enjoyable stay, blessed with great snow.
Pros:

The location on the slopes was amazing. As was the proximity to the main shops etc. The staff was friendly, helpful and approachable. The morning breakfast bakery delivery was helpful. The communal areas are comfortable and always had a fire going. The spa was clean and good to use.

Cons:

The space was a little tatty but acceptable. We had to change rooms as the first room had a lot of broken furniture. I would recommend getting a room at the back of the hotel rather than the front as the foot traffic with party gowers gets a little loud.

Great Ski in/Ski out apartment, very friendly staff and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Great location in village, very spacious apartment fully equipped for all our needs. Great Ski storage area. Lovely to have a bakery delivery service to your door.
Excellent Ski in/ Ski out location.

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the lifts to floor 2 was broken for the last 4 days of our trip so consequently meant having to wait awhile for lifts in the morning/evening.
Nasty drainage smell in ensuite bathroom and more attention could have been made to cleanliness in the bathrooms.

Nicht was wir erwartet haben
Pros:
