Excellent Hotel, cool design, amazing location.
Pros:

Service, Decor, facilities. The Gingko Bar and Restaurant is really good.

Cons:

The bed sank a little oddly when sitting on it, but only on one side. The Gingko restaurant was excellent but could have a little more atmosphere if they added low candle lighting to tables but I'm being very fussy.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel and will book again in June.
Pros:

It’s beautiful, the staff are lovely (Juan at reception - thank you!). It feel modern-luxurious , clean, comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. The spa is great for a city hotel.

Cons:

The tiniest things: the tv in the room has chrome cast but I’m an Apple fan so couldn’t mirror my screen. There are no native apps so no Netflix, Apple TV, prime etc. I’m vegetarian. Ty e restaurant on the 12th floor (Go! It’s excellent) has no vegetarian options in the menu, but when I asked I got the most delicious grilled Artichoke and Mushroom risotto. Why not put them in the menu?!

Pros:

Абсолютно все. От приветливого и заботливого персонала до качественных и полностью подготовленных номеров. Умопомрачительный вид из окна.

Pros:

- Very beautiful and modern hotel with great facilities (the spa is very enjoyable)

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Location, decoration and staff were excellent. Daniel the concierge went above and beyond to look after me and my two friends when we weren't allowed into the Sky bar.

Cons:

The pool wasn't open which we didn't know beforehand. There was a dress code for the Sky bar on Saturday evening which meant we were denied admission in our smart casual clothes.

Très bel hôtel, très bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables.
le petit déjeuner est remarquable.

Cons:

J'avais sélectionné cet hôtel car il bénéficiait d'un spa avec piscine. Malheureusement une fois sur place, nous avons été avertis que celui-ci était fermé.
J'aurai aimé le savoir au moment de la réservation car je n'aurai pas forcément sélectionné cet hôtel.
Nous avons été dédommagé d'une coupe de champagne ...
