Lovely hotel, completely undertrained staff.
Pros:

Nice design and rooms.

Cons:

Terrible and hostile customer service. The staff treated us in a highly derogatory manner just for moving a chair on the terrace. Later, we wanted to enjoy the complimentary champagne provided by the hotel on the terrace, and staff aggressively questioned why we were drinking it there.After an argument, they refused to serve us and called security. The security guard was completely contemptuous, telling us to go drink in our room or "go home."To make matters worse, the manager's response the next day was incredibly dismissive. He gave us a brief, basic apology, claiming he was "investigating the case" without offering any real solution. Avoid this hotel if you expect basic respect and hospitality.

À part les odeurs que nous avons trouvé le premier jour dans la chambre qui ont disparu après la visite du plombier et l
Pros:

Le personnel de la réception est souriant et accueillant la femme de ménage est top la chambre est bien nettoyée et bien équipée

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant tire la tête , et très pressé de ramasser et partir. Un hôtel de 5 étoiles se doit de mettre la clientèle à l aise pendant le petit déjeuner .

Nice place to stay for city break!
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff, food was nice at the restaurants

Cons:

Pool area is too small and booking the sunbed is 50 euro per day.
