Important information:

The hotel offers on-site parking spaces at a cost of €15 per day per vehicle, subject to availability and prior reservation. We also have a parking space with an electric vehicle charging point available by prior reservation. This parking space with an electric vehicle charging point incurs an additional charge of €15 per day, which is added to the parking space fee. This charge is a flat daily rate, regardless of the number of charges or charging time during the day. (Please note that these chargers are only compatible with European and American car models.)

Guests must show a valid identification document and a pre-authorization of €250 will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for possible damages.

Arrivals with more people than those confirmed and declared in the reservation confirmation (children included) will not be accepted. We do not have extra beds in any of the rooms, the maximum occupancy being that indicated in the reservation capacity.

In case of early departure, the accommodations will charge you the full amount of the stay.

Please note that the Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays for weekly rest. We request an "appointment" for the use of the Spa Circuit and treatments in order to guarantee availability upon arrival.

This was the best hotel of our entire week long trip through the Basque Country.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded all our expectations.

From the very first moment, everything felt perfectly organised, cosy and aesthetically beautiful. The interior is stunning, full of interesting books and thoughtful design details. Every corner feels carefully considered.
The beds were extremely comfortable and beautifully made, just like in a luxury interior magazine. The bathroom, amenities and towels were all of the highest quality.
We also loved the cosy breakfast bar. The breakfast was truly wonderful delicious, high quality and served with great attention to detail.
The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

Accueil très sympathique, petit hôtel à taille humaine, parle très bien le français, la chambre de luxe avec balcon était très spacieuse, la propreté est parfaite, la literie très bonne, la décoration au goût du jour, le déjeuner sur mesure et le cadre parfait, accès à la vielle ville à pied en 5mn, accès au restaurant en 5mn, possibilité de garer la voiture devant l’hôtel, vraiment rien à reprocher, je recommande vivement.

Pros:

Hotel muy confortable, comodo y muy tranquilo. Excelente decoración, con muy buena insonorización y mucha luz a pesar de tener la habitación en la planta baja, con una terraza estupenda. El desayuno muy bien servido. Nos encanto el servicio y el hotel en general, así como su ubicación. Por poner un pero, quiza el spa se queda insuficiente pero recomendamos totalmente el hotel.
