Important information:

The hotel offers on-site parking spaces at a cost of €15 per day per vehicle, subject to availability and prior reservation. We also have a parking space with an electric vehicle charging point available by prior reservation. This parking space with an electric vehicle charging point incurs an additional charge of €15 per day, which is added to the parking space fee. This charge is a flat daily rate, regardless of the number of charges or charging time during the day. (Please note that these chargers are only compatible with European and American car models.)

Guests must show a valid identification document and a pre-authorization of €250 will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for possible damages.

Arrivals with more people than those confirmed and declared in the reservation confirmation (children included) will not be accepted. We do not have extra beds in any of the rooms, the maximum occupancy being that indicated in the reservation capacity.

In case of early departure, the accommodations will charge you the full amount of the stay.

Please note that the Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays for weekly rest. We request an "appointment" for the use of the Spa Circuit and treatments in order to guarantee availability upon arrival.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hôtel très confortable et idéalement situé.
Pros:

Tout est réuni pour que les clients se sentent à l'aise dans cette ancienne demeure reconvertie en hôtel. Chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées. La notre (Marina) dispose d'une terrasse privative avec vue sur la vieille ville. Tous les détails ont été pensés pour notre confort. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel charmant. Pour les francophones, une demi douzaine de chaînes de télé françaises. Mon épouse a profité d'un soin au Spa et en était ravie. Très bon emplacement, proche de la Bidasoa (la France est en face) et des restaurants.

Cons:

Honnêtement...rien. Le prix (257€ petits déjeuners compris) était un peu supérieur à ce que nous dépensons d'habitude pour des hôtels d'une nuit mais nous n'avons absolument pas regretté, ça valait le coup.

luxury accommodation with a small boutique feel

We loved the hotel's look & feel - the interior was gorgeous and made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel

Exceptional staff, great location
Pros:

The property was outstanding and the staff exceptional. We really safely taken care of. Hondarribia is beautiful with its medieval town and port area just walking minutes from the property. San Sebastián is only about 30 minutes bus ride away.

Very pleasant stay, everything was perfect. The staff were excellent as were the facilities.
Pros:

This property is immaculate and very high end in its furnishing and it’s very well presented. The bed linen was top quality and there was even a Dyson hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

上質な空間で快適な時間を過ごすことができました。
Pros:

中心地からは徒歩で10分くらいの場所にあり、とても静かな環境です。部屋は綺麗で設備も素晴らしく、スタッフの方もとても感じが良く、快適な宿泊でした。
朝食も素晴らしかったです。
