Will probably stay again but I will plan the timings better.
Pros:

Close to the ferry terminal, relatively basic, fairly cheap.

Cons:

I failed to realise check in closed at 21:00. However the hotel sent a message and we coped

Police barracks not a hotel
Pros:

I really liked the fact that there were some many policeman based there, using it as a police barracks
I appreciated them waking me and my wife up at 4.30am when there shift finished.

Cons:

The hotel reception was cluttered with cleaning items and not attended very well, i asked to stay an extra night as my wife was ill. The same day of original departure i was informed by a local doctor to attend accident amd emergency and so i preceded to inform the hotel manager of this evolution, checkout was originally 11am. We left at 2pm, i was charged the full rate for the night (€80.60). Now i know this could be deemed correct, i asked for an extra night, i didn't use this extra night, fine. Totally there preogative to charge me for this extra night. My complaint is where is there empathy. It was more important to them to take this money than mine and my ill wifes condition for what was effectively a late check out..
The hotel is not a 4star as listed, it does have a small badly lit and unclean spa at an extra cost of €80.00 for 2 hrs, there are no other facilities.
The hotel is full of policeman using it as there barracks, all the comunal area's are full of there equipment.
The rooms are small and the light fittings, other than the main light didn't work.
The bathroom has a nice shower but only one small shower gel for two people.
The matress was soft and lumpy from overuse.
The hotel is family run and, it shows.

Vrij "basic" hotel, maar ideaal gelegen in afwachting van een overzet naar het VK.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie alvorens de ferry te nemen naar het VK.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Goed bed en zalige douche.

Cons:

Vrij karig ontbijt.

Belle découverte
Pros:

L'accueillir était fort chaleureux. La chambre propre et spacieuse. La piscine est fort agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très complet: jus de fruits frais, choix sucré/salé. La maison a beaucoup d'âme. Le jardin est magnifique.
