Pros:

This is a DON'T LIKE REVIEW.
The hot water in our Room 22 shower was unreliable. It was only hot one day, during our 10 day stay. It was cold some days, including our first day, and lukewarm the rest of our stay.
The sink water was barely hot, at all.
The sink faucet sprayed water when it hit the drain cap. The water volume could not be reduced, to lessen this problem.
On several days, a foul sewer smell filled the air in the bathroom. It was extremely unpleasant. It made us nauseous. Only flushing the toilet helped to reduce this problem. This was a health issue.
Our telephone never worked. This was a safety issue.
I believe a courtesy refund is appropriate in light of these room problems. We were offered to change our room, after we were already settled in, when we first had NO hot water (although friends in another room had too much hot water!!). As some warm water came on the next day, I declined the offer to change rooms as I considered this to be a significant inconvenience, without corresponding compensation.
I look forward to your timely and considered response.
Please note that we, and other friends, are booked to return next year. Your response to our request for a courtesy refund will determine if we return, or seek alternative accommodation.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Der Weg dorthin ist völlig unproblematisch. Unser Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet. Alle Möbel und Einrichtungen waren makellos in Ordnung. Für die Kaffeemaschine gab es täglich einen neuen Kaffeepad. Der Zimmerservice richtete das Zimmer täglich her. Auch das Bad wurde ordentlich gereinigt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße im dritten Geschoss Fenster konnten geöffnet werden. Es war im Zimmer auch nicht zu laut weil in der Straße nachts nur wenig Verkehr herrschte. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß. Eine große begehbare Dusche sowie ein Jacuzzi waren dort vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war natürlich nicht mit einem Frühstück so wie wir es gewohnt sind vergleichbar. Es gab zwar eine Menge Auswahl aber ausschließlich mexikanisch geprägt es war noch nicht einmal möglich ein Stück Toastbrot zu erhalten. Zu meiner Freude wurde auf Wunsch ein frisches Omelett oder auch Rührei gemacht. Nur leider fehlte etwas Brot dazu. Hier könnte das Hotel mit ganz geringem Aufwand einen deutlichen Servicegewinn erzählen.

Wij hadden voor aankomst al recensies gelezen over diefstal door personeel uit de kamer en zelfs kluisjes. Bij aankomst werd ons gevraagd om een borg van 1000 pesos te betalen en 2 bijzondere contracten te ondertekenen waarin oa staat dat ze niet verantwoordelijk zijn voor verlies van waardevolle spullen.
Het vetrouwen zat er niet echt in, ook waren bij aankomst de lakens bevlekt.

소깔로 광장 근처에 위치해 있어 문화유적지구를 걸어 다니기에 좋음
주변에 맛집, 카페, 쇼핑점, 시장 등이 있어 볼거리, 먹거리 다 충족하기 좋은 곳이며
아침 조식은 화려하지 않지만 정성을 담은 음식으로 구성되어 있어 맛있게 먹었다.
특히 오렌지 쥬스가 아주 맛이 있었고 무엇보다 입구에 늘 과일과 음료가 준비되어 있음
5층 루프탑에 테이블이 여러 개 준비되어 있어 저녁 시간 친구들과 어울려
맥주 한잔 마시며 놀 수 있었고, 아울러 주변 야경도 덤으로 감상할 수 있다.
늘 미소로 투숙객을 대하는 친절한 서비스, 깨끗한 룸, 정성 가득한 조식... 다 좋았다!!!

Perfect place with a few rules that seemed excessive
Pros:

We have 5 years of traveling to CDMX for the whole of January, so we have a good grasp of the hotels at this stage. This one was a beautiful boutique hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and new. We also loved the fact that even though most of the hotels in this area don't have windows, they made a "fake window" with convincing daylight, so it felt like it was light and bright (a welcome experience as we felt in the dark many times in hotels around here). The location was perfect. And rare for this area, the rooms were built in a way that meant you didn't hear other guests so much.

Cons:

There were 2 reasons we gave this place an 8 when it would otherwise be a 10. We arrived 45 minutes early and they made us wait half an hour for check in. This was despite the fact that the hotel was almost completely empty and we barely saw another person there. Most places have given us early check in if the room is already ready, and that is true of pretty much every hotel we stay at internationally (last year we stayed at 30 different locations around the world due to work). Secondly, this is the only hotel that we have stayed in in CDMX that hasn't allowed luggage storage for a few nights. We offered to pay, but the max they would do was 24 hours. We had to walk 10 minutes away to store our luggage. In 5 years worth of trips, staying at hotels ranging from 3 - 5 stars in CDMX, we have ALWAYS been allowed to store luggage for short trips to the beach etc. Both these issues meant that we were greeted with "no not possible" twice right at check in, and that kind of sets the vibe for the rest of the stay.
