Location was decent, walking distance to Zocalo, La Ideal Pastelería and other local shops. Room was sound proof to outside street noise but hallways noise could be overwhelming. Cafe staff were always polite and pleasant to work with. Gentlemen at the door were always helpful and pleasant.
Hotel front desk staff was unwelcoming and seemed as if we were a bother to them. They seemed more bothered that we opted in to waiting for our reserved room with spa tub versus taking a room that was already ready with a standard tub. Staff was never welcoming, never saluted or greeted us upon arriving or departing the hotel. I was very disappointed with the level of hospitality, by far the worst I’ve ever received in Mexico.
La ubicación es excelente, queda todo a 3 o 6 cuadras de puntos instagrameables del centro histórico de la CDMX, como el zócalo, palacio de bellas artes, el barrio chino, la alameda central.
Tiene una limpieza impecable y el personal es muy amable
Lo que se lleva las 5 estrellas, es el desayuno buffet, muy deliciosos todos los platillos
La conectividad de internet es muy mala, tienes barras completas y aún así falla, hasta cierto punto se entiende por qué son edificios viejos.
Hubo una situación que desafortunadamente me tocó presenciar, y fue un regaño a una de la chicas del lobby. No se muy bien las políticas de sus jerarquías , pero lo que si se es que ese tipo de "regaños" son más propicios hacerlos en privado y en todo caso por razones validas, por qué desde mi punto bde vista la chica que nos mostró la joyería estaba haciendo bien su trabajo, pero otra amiga le dió una reprimenda delante de mi y mi esposa, que la verdad de sintió muy incómodo, y eso no fue lo malo. Lo malo fue que la energía del lugar derivó en tratos fríos de parte del personal al momento de hacer check in. La verdad que pena con estos comportamientos. Y si es algo importante, están fallando como empresa al no cumplir con la NOM-035

The jacuzzi was dirty plus the wifi on our room didn't not work we stay in the master room for the price is not worth it the room to small the only thi g the make it a master room is a bigger jacuzzi not worth it at all
