Great hotel, but pool was inoperable
Pros:

We like the location of the room and the frie4ndlisness of the staff. Hotel is clean.

Cons:

We were traveling for my daughter's 10th birthday and a big part of why we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool however was closed for repairs. I wish we would have been notified prior to arriving and given the option to cancel at no charge. I would have booked elsewhere.

Cons:

I had to leave a day early due to a family emergency, and had no wifi to let you know to cancel my last night stay there. The hotel would not credit me for the third night that I didn't stay there and had to go through your establishment. Can you credit my card for the one night please?
