It was a very good experience !
Pros:

Location was great. Everything was very clean. There was even staff cleaning during the day. With 2 grandchildren , they loved both the pools. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was very good!

Cons:

I am usually very picky but I could not find anything wrong with the property. One thing though, I would prefer scrambled eggs

Staff is very friendly rooms are a good size pool gym laundry room, free breakfast.
Pros:

Everything was great. Location was excellent. We were close to everything. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they charge you a fee for property damage and say you get it back in your card within a few days it’s been almost 2 weeks. I have not received anything back. We left everything perfect other than that. No other complaint.

Good property just lacking basic cleanliness and technical issues.
Pros:

The property had minor outdated things I think most hotels struggle with, employees were amazing and friendly it was more of just technical things issues arouse. The pools are very cloudy and gross given a busy weekends i could look over that’s issue, my room was a little gross tho. Hairs in the bath tub and sink from previous guest was a but gross and when we opened a drawer and found a wet gross towel was a bit nasty as well. Elevators were sketchy sounding along with the pool and cleanliness of the rooms was the issues.

Cons:

Great staff, great breakfast, good pm hotel for single night stays.

We love coming down to Pigeon Forge and have stayed here many times.
Pros:

This is our 4th time staying here. We like the location of the hotel; it's off the main path but close to everything. We love the size of the rooms. We have a son that is autistic and we need room for all his stuff. The room sizes are great for that.

Cons:

I don't like the carts they have to carry in your belongings. They are triangle shaped and you can't put as much on the cart at once and we have to make multiple trips to get everything in. I'm 71 and we were all the way on the 3rd floor and to the back of the building.

Not bad for the price but has issues
Pros:

Spacious room with almost everything we needed, decent location and easy parking. Free breakfast.

Cons:

Americans seem unable to shut doors without slamming them. Many travellers had dogs with them which you could hear barking, thank heavens for ear plugs.
You could see big family groups wasting food at breakfast, plates piled high then not eaten.

Pros:

The location was good, breakfast and eating spot was good. Loved the location. I really enjoyed the staff texting and checking it. It made it convenient when in need of anything. The pool was ok, the water made our eyes burn though. The size 0f the room and bathroom were really good for our family of 6.

Cons:

The outdoor pool not being opened, but we understood it was being worked on.
