とにかく酷かったです
Pros:

二度と泊まりません。

フロントの女性も男性も（６０代くらいの方）どちらの方も無知な人しかおらず、朝食が幾らなのかすら知りません。ホテルの事は無知なのですが、客から取れるところでお金を取ってやろうとしてる感が態度に丸出しなのが非常に不快でした・・・

部屋はタオル・お茶入れる用の魔法瓶（？自分で廊下でお湯を入れて持ってこなければならない）・浴衣しかありません。
ユニットバスはコップ一つに歯ブラシ２本、１００均で買った？ようなリンスインシャンプー＆ソープ以外はゴミ箱すらありません。
２泊したのですが、一泊目はドライヤーが置いておらず２日目に置いてありました（忘れていたのでしょう）親族の部屋は初日にタオルセットすら置いてありませんでした！
部屋の掃除は、ゴミ箱を空けてタオルを変えただけで布団は部屋を出た時のままです。

ウェブサイトの写真と全然違う、、と思いつつ我慢し、タオルやドライヤー無いことを一度も文句言わなかったにも関わらず、チェックアウトして外へ出ると、３歳の娘の幼児料金を取ろうとして「幼児素泊まり代」という請求書を持ってフロントから出て来たのです。チェックイン時に娘は添い寝で食事も布団も無、と話した相手のその女性が）布団も食事も出ていないしタオルすら娘の分はありませんでしたから、憤怒して説教しておきました。平謝りしていましたが、、どこまで欲深いのでしょう。

主人は外国人なのですが日本語話せるのに「奥さん呼んでっ」という話し方をしたり、まず人としてリスペクトがゼロ。お金の話だけヘラヘラとする薄汚い性格丸出しで、
遠い海外から会いに来てくれた主人の家族を連れて行ったのに、最悪のホテルに泊まらせてしまった気持ちになり残念でした。二度と泊まりません。
